  1. I dreamt about a mudcrab once...awful creatures.
  2. A reincarnation is an embodiment in a new form, meaning it can be any gender or race because the spirit is the same. The body changes but the spirit will always remain the same. This makes it possible! I wonder how thing would come up if the dragonborn was to reincarnate in a mud crab. Now that would be an interesting twist to the plot.
  3. There are so many reasons why you might end up in prison, maybe you are not even guilty of anything, you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time or even more than that, you were set up by somebody. I believe starting at a prison without much of an explanation of why you are there is actually pretty good for roleplaying, you can invent your own background around that event.
  4. Pretty cool I must say, I'm really becoming fond of the whole perk system, it sounds nice. A real shame spear are confirmed to be out, let's just hope they can be added later, either with some official expansion or maybe even modded into the the game by the community. You won't be a good example of a hero if are going to be around snorting random white powder out of the floor.
  5. This. IMO a common thieve shouldn't be rich, just get enough to get by ok let's say. The only way thieves could really become rich should be by either breaking into some castles vault or maybe stealing a precious and unique item from some sort of cult (like say the Mythic Dawn).
  6. Well, I rather have weremudcrabs, that would be really awesome.
  7. A male Dunmer battle mage as usual. I'll probably go with destruction and one-handed sword, if possible medium armour.
  8. s*** so epic. Now I really can't wait.
  9. It would be cool if we get the chance to be a victim of the DB. Getting attacked in the middle of the night while strolling down some city hallway or even while we sleep.
  10. IMO we should be able to choose one perk every X amount of levels (every 4 or 5 levels) so there are fewer fixed perks and you get most of them out of quest and in-game achievements, similar to new vegas. It feels more natural than just picking perks after levelling up and, since there wouldn't be so many perks, it shouldn't f*** up balance.
  11. There must be something wrong with your character. you're also forgetting that upon entering red dead mode you cant be killed. red dead mode saved my ass everytime i faced a mountain lion because. red dead mode is the same as vats but it doesnt stop the game, just slows it down without the slo-mo kill shots. so i still stick with what i said before. make combat better and make it all real-time off topic but Red dead revolver redemption is game of the year and the best western game ever made. also have one the best story's ever put in a video game with one of the deepest and most interesting main character ever. a masterpiece. Yeah, I don't want immunity/invincibility at all, just the slow down effect and being able to target at multiple parts of the enemy's body and then unleashing my attacks. It would be a nice compliment for the located damage system that I'm almost sure will come with vanilla version. And yes, one of the best games I've ever played, it has a nice rpg felling to it and an awesome story.
  12. Have anyone played Red dead revolver redemption? I would like a system similar to that one, where you can slow down time, mark several targets, over the same thing/person or over different ones, and then let your character execute the attacks. And in my opinion how much time you have to aim and how many marks you can tag should depend on your stats and skills. EDIT: Vats isn't made to shoot targets at great distance, it's just for those situations when you find yourself over-run with enemies all out of sudden and at close distance, that's why pistols and smgs have such a low AP consumption while must rifles won't make more than one or two shoots out of all your action points.
  13. Well, you didn't had a daedric invasion back in Morrowind, did you? That easily explains the huge amount of daedric items in tamriel. EDIT: Still, I don't support such an agressive enviroment-leveling system, a nice solution to this would be to set, either after a set number of days or level of the PC, invasions of new fiends, like a new band of really though marauders, dangerous creatures inmigrating from distant lands and things of the like. Of course people should start talking about this events too, it would add a lot to the inmersion.
  14. High elves are supposed to be yellow, I think you are playing the wrong game pal. Still, I support the idea of a better character creator, in oblivion it was a pain in the as* to get your character's face right (specially with some races), I spent hours moving the slides and pressing that goddamn random button. Still, you could manage to get diversity out of it and decent looking characters. Fallout made it easier to make a good looking face, but way harder to make original looking faces, at least in my case I found myself coming up with pretty much the same look every time. If I were to point out a good example of a face creator that would be some of latest pro evolution soccer games (or winning eleven), by far the best system I've ever seen in any game.
