  1. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. So, I have been playing a modded BG3 playthrough for a few days and it's been going great. I updated a few mods today, then when I launched the game through Vortex, the game behaved as though it was my first time ever launching it, and "Continue" and "Load Game" are gone, leaving just New Game. If I launch via steam, the saves are there and I can load in. But as far as I understand it, mods can only be loaded from Vortex when you launch the game from Vortex. So idk what is causing it but anytime I launch the game through Vortex now, the game doesn't read any saves. Is this a common problem or is there something I have installed in Vortex causing this?

So, I have my modlist pretty much complete in Vortex for Cyberpunk 2077 and have been playing the game fine...until I just realized that none of the 7 mods I have in my mods folder for RedMod are actually loading when I launch via Vortex. If i launch it normally through Steam --> RedLauncher the mods load fine. But ofc Vortex mods aren't loaded in that instance. Is anyone else having this problem? My mods are installed properly...it's just Vortex isn't loading them when launched through it.

  5. So i recently tried getting back into Skyrim after about a year, as a lot of new interesting mods i previously wished for, became a reality. Now, im no slouch when it comes to Skyrim modding as a user, i.e load order, what tools u need to use for specific mods, patches, and stuff like that. I've heavily modded Skyrim, Fallout 3 - 4 etc. I've had crash problems in the past, but were usually caused by Skeleton issues and solved by reinstalling XPMSE...that is not the case this time. Skyrim crashes after about 10 - 15 minutes of gameplay, it doesn't matter what im doing. Just walking, attacking something, or jumping. Never happens in the menu's though. At first i crashed whenever i hit an NPC or an NPC drew his weapon and tried to attack, clearly a skeleton and animation issue. That i fixed. I can attack enemies and they can attack back no issues, and animations all work properly. My mod list and load order are as follows, now keep in mind i am using quite a few non-nexus mods, but the mods themselves work perfectly, and their mainly animation mods that i just load via PCEA2 so it can't be those. Oh, and i use MO2 for this. I used to use Vortex but that gave me alot of crashing issues and i just found it much easier to handle conflicts with MO2 then Vortex atm. Note: the 2 Unmanaged mods are from steam, but i only use the SAOMusicMod which i plan to uninstall anyway. Modlist: https://pastebin.com/Y1LZhjuW Load Order: https://pastebin.com/FJALq8dC Load Order is sorted by LOOT with only me putting my SmashPatch manually before Alternate Start - New Beginnings, as if you don't, it causes a bug where your saves look corrupted when its not. Another little side note: My Skyrim was crashing alot more BEFORE i made the SmashPatch, it used to crash every 5 minutes, but now its every 10 - 15 minutes. And the SmashPatch is literally just all my mods as its a new tool and i don't know exactly what i should be patching specifically, but according to TESVEdit there are no bad conflicts. Sorry for the wall of text, i just feel i should provide as much info as possible, please let me know if u need any more information. Thank you in advanced for any help :)
  6. I found a temporary solution as i had this problem as well. On the left Panel, below the Categories Dropdown, if u switch the mod view to standard (without categories) the mods re-appear. It seems to just be a glitch with Categories. Nexus seems to be having many issues with categories, including mods not showing up in the right ones on NMM.
  7. Ever since i reloaded the categories, some mods are still in in the wrong place, and quite a few big mods i had installed a few mins before are now gone completely. And now whenever i try to add a mod via Nexus, it doesn't appear in the list even though it says completed.
  8. Just thought id give a quick update and apology. I re-installed Skyrim, backing up my Mod Organizer first and then re-installed Mod Organizer into Skyrim and put mods i knew id use into that new MO. I slowly enabled mods and sorted them, but eventually i crashed again at the same point. I figured out the problem now however. Floating Healthbars. Something maybe incompatible with the latest SKSE possibly. But disabling that mod and enabling all others, the game works just fine. Now my apology, i have to apologize for being quiet. My life went to hell for a bit and i didnt find the time to say anything. But its better now and thats why i wasn't able to fix it till now. Anyway, thank you Stebo for all your advice and help. Your guides that you posted for me have really helped me and gave me knowledge on future compatibilities and load orders. Thanks again and sorry!!~ <3
  9. So plain and simple, im trying to replace YGNords Meshes and Textures with my own. Namely Fair Skin Complextion and LIFE. Im doing it properly, putting the textures/meshes into ECE's Textures/Meshes folder as well as EnhancedCharacter and YGNords folders and replaced all. Im using UNP Body and i put that in first. But all im getting is a very dirty body with slight mismatched skintones at 2 points on the body. Normal Races have the proper body, but ECE doesnt. Anyone know how to fix this? I used to have this working properly but i've since returned to Skyrim and re-installed it, and now im having this problem. Im using Mod Organizer and my Archive Invalidation is ON, but all my Data files are greyed out so i can't move the Invalidation BSA to the top. PLEASE HELP! And don't ignore this thread, that seems to be a habit of threads here... Self-Fixed: Re-installed ECE and re-applied the textures/meshes, putting in the custom skeleton afterwards. Worked like a charm.
  10. Now before you go screaming "Turn Archive Invalidation on!" it IS on. I use MO, and i have Automatic Invalidation ON, and yes i've tried the "Toggle" trick. Didnt work. The body used to work just FINE. But when i got sick of how bad some NPC's looked in New Vegas Redesigned 3 compared to FCO, i disabled NVR3 and went back to just FCO (Re-installing FCO from scratch just to make sure). Thats when s*** hit the fan. The textures on the Type 3 body had clipped through Black Underwear and bad White lines all over. I have spent the last hour trying to fix this, uninstalling my Body Mod, Removing FCO, leaving nothing to modify the body remaining. Re-installing JUST Type 3 (tried both BOG and Type 3 Body and Armor replacer, was using BOG before when it was working) and nothing is working. I have made SURE my folders are not read only and the Archive Invalidation BSA IS in my Data folder and is checked in the Archives tab although its greyed out but its checked. I did the INI tweak for Archive Invalidation but no go. Everything else in my game works, i have a lot of mods and they all work perfectly fine, except my body all of a sudden. Anyone got a solution to this? I've tried starting a new profile using ONLY type 3 to see if that worked, but for some reason (and i noticed this a few weeks ago when i tried making a new profile just for DUST), creating new Profiles and starting the game up on them, even with no mods, causing instant "Fallout New Vegas has stopped working" error right on startup. Im using the latest MO, v 1.3.8 and any help would be MUCH appreciated. Load Order: (Not relevant but its nice to give this) Mod List (U know the drill, - is inactive and +is active and is listed in reverse)
  11. So would it be safe to merge a bunch of Weapon Mods together? Or Armor Mods?
  12. I tried doing the Merge Script thing before for Realistic Lighting Overhaul, i did research and found it can all be merged. But the Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Dawngaurd Interiors Plugin had 2 errors, i found the errors but it wouldn't let me remove them thus i couldn't merge them. Also besides mods that have multiple ESPS, how do u know what mods can be safely merged?
  13. Also i cant use ECE? How am i supposed to use my Custom Character Preset then? I use that for my character as making a good looking char takes a LOT of time... Edit: Oh and do the HighResolutionDLCs have to be activated in the Load Order and the Unofficial Patch for it? MO says they are just dummy files and i can deactivate them as long as the BSA's are managed by MO (Which they are). Edit 2: I followed ur instructions and now the characters are all in a V-Stance again.Nvm fixed it, forgot to tick Groovetama's XPMSE in FNIS. Edit 3: Ok, i followed ALL ur instructions to the tee. Everything works perfectly. However, i still crash the moment combat starts. Edit 4: Urrrghh...i hate RaceMenu...i cant use YgNord with it...errruuuggghhh....ok well...i can but the bodys all messed up...and i cant use the preset... Load Order (Im sticking with ECE, i have to. I can't deal with the regular races since i use PCEA and YgNord is the perfect race for me and i cant figure out how to make this thing work with RaceMenu) Mod List Tell me if i put something in the wrong place. Im still crashing at combat start. Also why shud i remove Floating Healthbars because of ihud? does it conflict? It shouldn't...
  14. I use UNP For my Custom Race, guess i might as well put it on the regular chars to. And i'll try that setup.
  15. K im back now, i moved all the inactive mods to the bottom and in Alphabetical Order. And moved some stuff around that were out of place. What i've been doing for a while now is sorting all the stuff in the Mod List in Categorial Form. So i drag and drop them by category and then manually place ones i know go together. Heres the mod list with the inactive ones at the bottom in alphabetical order:

  17. No i havent. I thought it was bad to clean them? I lookd it up and found so many mixed things. People saying do it, people saying don't. Also i got the free DLC but its not showing up. I launched the game like it said but its not showing up.
  18. Oh it probably says Unmanaged because i deleted it a few times due to thinking it was a problem. I forgot to re-add it via the Overwrite Folder.
  19. I moved all the ones u listed to the spots u said. I uninstalled both XP32 and installed XP32 Extended, still crashing on Combat. I dont understand what u meant when u listed the Skeleton Load order. Is that the order i should install them or the actual load order? Because alot of those dont even come with ESPs.
  20. MH3 Weapons is from Steam, the actual mod works perfectly fine i've tested it using AddItemMenu. It was crashing even before i added that so thats not the issue. Moved the ones u listed as u said. Installed XP32 Extended Skeleton.

  23. Mod Organizer. Everything, all my mods, work fine. As they should. EXCEPT when i enter combat, which it then CTDs. my characters own Animations, Skeleton etc. Work perfectly. Well...except Real Shelter, but thats a problem for another time.
  24. Uhhh i have FNIS. I run it everytime i change animations/skeletons. I just ran it and placed what was in the Overwrite folder as a new Mod. Thats what i always have done. Edit: Fixed the V-stance problem by re-running FNIS, deleting my existing FNIS Animations i placed from the Overwrite and made a new one. Testing to see if combat works. Edit 2: Nope, V-stances fixed but Combat still crashes right at the start.
