Can someone explain how to install Homemaker - Expanded Settlements, https://rd.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1478. Do I put the separate folders in as is or put the esp file in the steam data file? What does the modder mean by "ensure your INI is configured to allow archive invalidation". Very confusing mod. Thank you

Nexus Mod manger does not want to install on my computer so I am trying to install the mod manually (32 bit versus 64 bit problem?). I read the Homemaker - Expanded Settlements mod instructions for manually installing the mod but there are a lot of ESP files. Do I install all of them? What about the JPEG folder, I am assuming that is for information right now. Lastly do I install the XML files in the data folder? Lastly are all the mods that am going to install like this?

From Steam Fallout 4 community I had installed the mod Hangman's Alley Interior Apartments and had things the way I wanted and recently installed Creative Clutter. Now Hangman's Alley has reverted to what you would see without the Hangman's Alley Interior Apartments mod installed. I checked and the Hangman's Alley Interior Apartments is still has a check that indicates it is installed and I have rolled the game back to before the mod was there. I also when the Creative Clutter mod was installed and started acting up I removed the mod and deleted all the save files and started the game from where I stopped the night before. :( I play on the PC. How can I fix this problem? (http://steamcommunity.com/app/377160/discussions/0/2381701715719492185/) Ok, I tried everything but when starting a new game the game was broken. I install Nexus but really do not understand that. Uninstalled Nexus and well playing around with it broke the uninstalled mods. Sort of fixed that. Still broke. Uninstalled Fallout deleted old saves except the the beginning at vault exit. (Did not delete the Steam saves, I do not know how to get rid of them.) What else can I do? Can someone look at the game and fix it?
