As long as the file is on the nexus, it will appear in your history as a premium member. Trust me I don't have enough time for mine for Oblivion to load. But the history only goes back to september of 2007. That is when the feature was enabled/established.

No it probably does not make sense to you, as it is how the site owner has set it up. I will just assume that is the way he intended it be for community involvement.

Yes, that is correct anyone can tag a file. The uploader has the opportunity to tag a file when he creates a file page, his tags are automatically confirmed and set. Others are added when the criteria is met by the community tagging, bear in mind that tagging is not truly definitive, as understanding the the tag term is not always understood. As for the admin doing it, we do when we have time...we are unpaid volunteers, so we do what we feel we have time and inclination of doing and not what you want done. However if you want to pay my consultant rates I will be happy to commence tagging all the files on this family of sites, my consultant fee starts at 150.00 USD an hour, let me know when you want me to start, and I can tag about 40 files an hour, and there are roughly 60,000 on this family of sites. I will be happy to forward my 1099 information if needed and my paypal account number. I will turn in my retirment papers when you are ready for me to start as this will be a full time job.
