  1. It wasn't planned yet but I guess it could make sense so I'm considering putting it on the todo list. The thing is: load order is primarily intended to resolve conflicts and is very rarely about user preference, so why would you have different load orders between two profiles? Either the rule you set solves the conflict correctly, then it's good across all profiles or it's not. I say "very rarely" it's about user preference - I'm not sure there are cases where two plugins conflict and either order is stable and you can't merge the plugins to get the full effect of both plugins and the difference between the load orders is then such that one user may want one for one play-through and another for the second. It would be great if someone in preference of per-profile load-order could describe an example where this is in fact the case. Hello i have the same problem 2 Profiles for Fallout 4 but with different Mods and number of Mods.And here are the Problem that answer to your Question why some one will change the Load order.Profile 1 have 217 Mods Profile 2 247 Mods.70% of the Mods in both Profile have no problems and can be load in any order but the 30% of the Mods i must place Fix at the Bottom or in the middle of my Load Order.And here is now the Problem as Mod x must load at place 219.If i change now Profile to the one with only 217 Mods the place for that Mod remain.But the actual Profile don't have 219 Mods so the Mod get place at the Bottom what is wrong then.And that happen then with all Mods that have a Fix load Number all are at the wrong place if you switch between Profiles that don't have exact the same number of Mods.This make for me different Profile useless as i can not normal switch between them without a lot of Work and mess up always with the other profile.

Happy gaming! :smile: Thanks until now all Work fine again.But i see some change now before when i deploy manually Vortex show me that he Deploy more then 9500 Files now he show me he deploy only 8800 is that ok or its something wrong and Vortex miss some files?And before he say me always that 500 Files can not be Sorted or deploy why they are in use or something like that now he say nothing and Deploy normal.

Great Work with this Test Version all my Problems and Bugs Disappear.Loot Work Perfect again and all this Message from Mods are redundant that was not true is even Fixed.The only thing i see that after the Update my Mod load order was complete change.All Rules for Special Mods that i need in a specific place of my load order was cancel and they was place in different place.But i fix it with some Click.

Dont understand how that can be happen if that is the Problem.As i upgrade only Vortex when the new Version come out and i don't change nothing in my Load order or Mods.With the Version before all was really Perfect i work for Days to Fix all my Mods with Vortex as before i was using NMM.Before the Update of Vortex there was no Message or any Problem from Vortex he say me all is Perfect and all Mods Work right ingame.Only one Translation i was not able to let Work ingame but it was not a so great Problem. Try out just now the new test Version from Vortex and all Problems disappear. So it mean it was a Vortex Problem and not a Mod problem as now i don't have any Message that something is redundant and all Mods work again perfect ingame.
  5. No its definitely Mods are redundant. With the older Version of Vortex it was same for me it say me there is a Conflict and i fix it same as you with rules and all Work fine with this actual Version of Vortex near all Conflict even for Mods im sure they have Conflicts disappear and that with no rules but i get a lot of message that even very important main Mods are Redundant. Today i Fix some of the redundant Mods but don't know how.I Change only the place from my staging Folder from one folder to another on the same drive.After i reinstall some of the Redundant Mod as see that some of the Message for some Mod are redundant disappear and it Work for most of the Mods now only 5 Mods remain that im not able to Fix.Dont know what is wrong with my Vortex then as i write for me its really buggy hope the next version fix it or i go back to the older Version where all was perfect.

And this Mod ingame Work but not the Translation That are only some of them if not i have to make an real endless list as with this update from Vortex seams that a lot of Mods become Redundant and i know my Mods i have them for Years and they all was working perfect in the last Vortex version where nothing was Redundant.And with NMM they even Work always Perfect.

I think the last Version of Vortex is a little bit Buggy.As i write it before i have that Problem with redundant Mod with near all my Translation Mods.I Install first the Original Mod as is needed and after the Translation.Vortex say me then that the translation Mod is redundant.So i make Rules Original Mod load first Translation Mod after.Vortex say me again Translation Mod is Redundant. Thats not true as many Mods that Vortex say me are Redundant work perfect ingame and some most of the time the translation Mods not.
  8. Sorry but i don't understand that Username from what?I don't have Usernames with special characters not here not on my PC and in no other game but i have the Problem that Loot don't work.And i mean the intern Loot from Vortex not the external tool.

To avoid this i uninstall always first the Old Mod version and after i install the new Version.But you are right Vortex ask sometimes to much.I have that many times with translation Mods.Vortex say me i have then a Conflict and i have to make Load rules what is stupid as the Translation Mods get install last and have to overwrite the other Mod and not to Conflict with it.

  12. The Updater will install Vortex to the same place it finds Vortex, so no worries there. Did you uninstall the other Vortex first? No as i don't know what happen to all my Mods and i don't want to start again to download 200 Mods and fix them again so i try to direct Install same as update and all files from C was cancel and place correct on the F drive.I control even in the registry if there are double entries but all is ok.
  13. Yes it does, if you download the correct one. This is probably what is going wrong on some systems. People are downloading the custom installer, and then when they update, they download the Default Installer and end up with TWO copies of Vortex on their system that shares a common folder. The Possibility to update come when you open Vortex.You get inside e Message that is a new Version and if you want to install it.If you say yes Vortex close get the update and then start again.He make all alone you can chose nothing more then to say yes i want the update. But to see if that was the problem i download the Installer where i can chose where to install and install Vortex to the same Drive as all the rest of Vortex is so F but nothing the same Problem

Yes that i think is the Problem as im even sure that all my Vortex things was on drive F and not C but the installer don't let you chose where to install ok i test it with the Installer where i can chose where to install even installing Vortex to F Drive don't change so the Problem must be somewhere else.

I make the same as you i start Vortex see the Message that is an update and if i want to install it.So i click yes restart Vortex and install the new Version.Until there Vortex work perfect.The update was Fast Vortex shut down and return in some Seconds.Direct with the Message that Loot don't work.My Game is and was always on drive F my Mod Folder is even on drive F and was always there.My download folder was on C even im sure he was even before on F.I change all that as my C drive have not so much Space.But ok so i try now to transfer even the Download Folder on drive F and it works with no Problems but loot don't Work.Without writing now all what i have.Between the Update of Vortex there was no change on my PC or Windows its exact the same as before the update and before the update all work perfect.Can i go back to the older version?As i see a Message when i update to not do that
