Yes it seems that the Offeri Runewright talks a good game but has fairly useless magic, a true waste of 30k. With the exception of Deflection (arrow/bolt immunity), I consider the rest a waste of coin (and that can be had for the first 5k). There was a mod called ProEnchantments by DarkAvatar which did enhance the runewright's enchantments to a useful level but it seems that his mods are no longer on Nexus. If I did not save a copy I would not even be sure of that, too bad I liked his other mods.

Simpler solution: Type in additem ('NGP DLC14 Skellige Armor') then repeat for the other items Pants, Boots, Gloves That will give you the New Game Plus versions after which you can visit the Runemaker and get extra slots.

Having never bothered to check what achievements I earned, the honest answer is that I do not know if they affect the process. However a save game with scripted mods simply might not load at all. BTW which build are you using? Mild question..why not just replay the game?

The problem is that most of us playing on DM usually have mods with scripts running that would make the save game useless to you. Sorry.... :sad:

You need to manually direct NMM to your main Witcher 3 folder NOT where the exe resides, then it will work.

Though we have vocal members of both political persuasions we (that can vote) are all Americans that want what we think is best for the country. That is the common ground to start from. From my perspective it as just important to understand the inner thinking of my opponents as my allies. I think we can respect honestly held views though they are antithetical to our own and debate the ideas not the proponent. Basic Questions to open a dialogue: What issues are decisive in framing who you will vote for? How would the candidate that you support implement these core issues or values? Can assign a personal priority to these issues?

The main issues at stake which will influence whom I eventually vote for and their relative priority. -Foreign Policy / Terrorism -Economy / National Debt / Trade Deficit -Immigration / Border Control -SCOTUS Why not debate the issues instead of the personalities?

I get it, in fact I think everyone debating here gets it..you simply can't wait for the Republican Party to implode. If you have a thesis I am more than willing to debate it. Posting tabloid vids does nothing to advance your cause, unless you believe that the conservatives here can be swayed (which I doubt). In fact I have yet to see one side sway their opposition in all the years I have debated here especially in terms of political pov. Personally I find the Prez dancing the Tango as Brussels mourns equally droll. So if you want to talk questionable optics, then there are more on both sides other than just conservative candidates to cherry pick from.

Mods will not work with any version lower than V-1.08, sorry but you have to update to at least that level. Suggest at a minimum that you update to V-1.11, current Witcher 3 build is V-1.12.1 Ohhh and here I though that the problem was from Nesxus Mod Manager, So all I have to do is update to the newest version! Do u know how many GBs are we talking about if I will update it via Origin? thank you so much In addition to updating your game you will need to manually create a folder in your main Witcher 3 folder called: Mods As for Origin , that I do not know since my version is a steam one but the update is not overly large. Not much of a surprise, though I thought some questions were a bit leading. How you frame a question can be an attempt to influence the answer. A couple of questions I would have preferred to answer with 'none of the above'. There was no poll option for moderate republican....(we do exist) intentional omission?

Download the Mod KIt it has a Unicorn mod within it. Whether it is a 'sex unicorn' or just a regular unicorn that is up to you to decide.

Having read about the Tax Collector that only appears if you utilize 'exploits', one of which was supposed to be the culling of cows in WO. No it's not a bug. Go down to the Barkeep in the Kingfisher and buy his best wine, if in doubt buy one of each until the quest updates then return to Triss and Yennefer to get your reward..chuckles.

Short version..Had 70 mods running with V1.11 after the update to V-1.121 could only get less than a dozen to work. Quickly reverted back to a saved copy of V-1.11. When Blood and Wine comes out there will be another update that will break everything (again) so IMO I'm not upgrading until there is new content..because it's too much damn work for to little reward.

It's not that I find your premise not valid but come November we have to vote for someone or against someone. I prefer the former given my druthers, but I insist on knowing the clowns that are my choices first. Did you walk out of the main street exit door of Whoreson Junior's Villa in Oxenfurt or fast travel out of the courtyard? If you did the latter then your game save is bugged, there are no forced trigger mods. The only solution if that is the route you took is to drop back to a pre Oxenfurt villa save. This is a well known mod/quest bug.

Well the elephant in the political room..Immigration. I think I qualify as having conservative leanings so. We have the most porous borders of any that I can think of. No other major country in the world has such laughable security their borders. First off it's non pragmatic to try to hunt down, collect and deport 11-12 million illegals. So another methodology must be used, which could be if they turn themselves in, they get at the bottom of some sort of vetting process. If cleared then are given papers to re--enter the country as 'foreign workers' with the requirement that all the normal taxes be paid on income. If after a specified period of time they " documented foreign workers" are good citizens , let them apply for naturalization at the bottom of the list. The illegals that decline this olive branch..when caught put them to work on the wall then show them the other side of it. Just mild thought ..if we allowed billboards on this wall it could be the longest continuing advertisement on the planet and pay for it's upkeep. :tongue:

8Gb of Vram will help quite a bit. I have a Nvidia GTX 660 Ti (8Gb) and it runs most but not all of the ultra settings without a noticeable FPS reduction.
