  1. I'm not fully sure on Update.esm function. Can someone advise? When carrying forward records from Skyrm.esm should Update.esm be the overriding record? I am guessing this would be the case. For example: Skyrim.esm Update.Esm Mod XCWT - Water - DefaultMarshWater [WATR:00105CC3] (blank) (blank) ?
  2. Finally got this resolved. Oddly when I didnt clean the 4 Master esm files Update, Dawnguard, Hearthfires, Dragonborn I no longer have the infinite magicka bug. Have messaged a few people in regards to this without luck so far so thought to post this here regarding a bug generating unlimited magicka with CC Survival mod casting with concentration spells. When casting such spells with Survival mode active that continually use magicka such as Flames and Healing and Ward (as opposed to fixed magicka spells such as Firebolt or Runes) sometimes is triggered a bug allowing the use of unlimited magicka. Originally thought it was linked to items that gave magicka bonuses but it happens without them also. It appears related to changes in Hunger or Fatigue settings? Can anyone advise if it is possible to make a patch for CC Survival to "hard code" in the limited end of a such spell use so that CC Survival does not allow this unlimited magicka bug to occur. Hi I have made some very basic edits of a mod for personal reasons (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/10229?tab=posts) The mod has a lesser power config function to set the NPC number - the Default and Current number is set to 0 and I have changed them in the script to both be set at Max so that when the mod is installed the settings are already done (then I plan to remove the lesserpower config spell so it isn't in the game) I extracted the BSA script and source, opened in Notepad++ with Paypyrus plugin, edited using Notepad++ and Papyrus 1. I extracted the BSA with B.A.E. - Bethesda Archive Extractor 2. Made edits with Notepad++ and Papyrus in the in _ntconfigscript.psc (example as follows) ElseIf newvalue == 2 ; Default: 0 StormcloakCount = 0 to ElseIf newvalue == 2 ; Default: 3 StormcloakCount = 3 and largegroup ElseIf newvalue == 6 ; Default: 0 LargeGroupChance = 0 iMenu = 5 to ElseIf newvalue == 6 ; Default: 10 LargeGroupChance = 10 iMenu = 5 3. I used Sublime Text 2 to recreate the edited script as _ntconfigscript.pex 4. I archived it on separate occasions with both Creation Kit and TESArchive.exe Zipped the edited BSA and ESL, put it into Vortex and enable but the config no longer shows as the lesspower in game to see if the new settings have taken effect. Can I get some tips on what I am missing? Thanks
  6. Got it sorted just disabled everything except for the backpacks no more freezes
  7. Have been looking at Wet and Cold in SSEEdit and wanting to keep only what allows for the backpacks to be distributed in game NPCs and player and remove anything else. If anyone feels like offering some guidance feel free otherwise will delve in and tweak by trial and error. I would use MCM config to disable and have been but the mod when used with Survival Mode crashes periodically (but want those backpacks they are the best backpack mod out there imo). Any help appreciated.
