We need people control, not gun control

Can someone replace the Gunners' voice to a more Military voice, kinda like the enclave or any other military from a video , because i believe the Gunners are supposed to be represented as a Military Merc organization but they talk like they are scavengers

I have a great idea for a skyrim after watching Greedfall,the plot and setting for the mod is that you had a letter given by a courier,the letter was sent by a half-Imperial/Nord half-Breton women who is trying to stop Nordic colonialists,Reachman, House Hlaalu and the East Empire company from Colonizing her People's Homeland,The Nords are Refugees and Scavengers trying to flee the civil war in skyrim,The Reachman are trying to Expand their homeland for themselves,And The East Empire company are trying to occupy the land for The Riches and Nobles,and House Hlaalu in order to sell slaves to House Dres,each of the colonialist are fighting for the island,would help some of the Colonialists(help 1 or 2 or 3 fight the other) or the Natives The Worldspace would be set on Very Large Mostly Wooded Islands between Highrock and Hammerfell called Haefall,An island filled with Bandits,Natives,Pirates,Spriggans,Flame Atronachs and Animals The Natives Who are Half-Nords Half Imperial and Breton lived In Medium and Small Wooden Houses similar to Ones you find in Skyrim,Caverns, and rarely Large Homes,They are Open-minded folk Resistant to Magic from their Breton Blood and have a strict code regarding Crimes and Isolation,They worship mostly Daedra,each of the natives are led by a priest or a Chancellor The Bandits consisted of Natives who commited crimes and Bandits who came to the island for Hire,To Plunder or to Get away from Authorities The Pirates are criminals who came to the island to Plunder,Rape, or Steal,like the Bandits they also came as Hired Hands If anyone is willing to make that a thing i would be very happy.

Would it be great if there was a skyrim horror mod where you have scary,ghostly undead and daedric hallucinations after entering a haunted and abandoned mansion/manor or town,something that gives a Vault 106 and Dunwich kind of feeling
