Is there a way to script portable furniture, similar to the portable campsite mod for Skyrim?

This newcomer was just happy to see Morrowind is still active in 2012. I hope to publish many mods, and I hope you all enjoy them. I can't promise speedy or regular releases though, laziness and what-not.

I ran the installer, and the .esp just isn't there. I triple checked the install path. Anyone know how to fix this?
