I'm not sure if this is from a related issue, but I noticed the Extended Quickslots mod updated and stopped using Partiality in favor of something else. https://www.nexusmods.com/outward/mods/41 I haven't used the update, but maybe those directions could help...

Not sure if it's possible to alter the game's sound effects, but if so it would be great if someone could add sfx for rain. Silent rain is....weird. In terms of larger changes, more weather variety in general would be cool.
