  1. In response to post #24646984. #24647104, #24647439, #24647524, #24647569, #24647954, #24648029, #24648264 are all replies on the same post. So basically Psijonica, you're saying "Stop asking me for money! Dark0ne just pay the $500,000 to run this community per year and deal with it!" yes? Think about that statement, Endorsements, Permissions and Donations are the very things that keep this community and these mods afloat, if you want 100% free mods, make them all yourself and pay for the site to upload them on.

  3. In response to post #24573019. #24573104 is also a reply to the same post. Download most of the most endorsed armour mods. eg stuff made by ZeroFrost and Corvalho1, Corval's stuff is some of the first to be 'pay for' despite the fact that in the Akatosh mod you get the Dragon Tongue sword which is on the Nexus for free anyway. I'm hoping other modders like gechbal doesn't turn to that sort of thing because I love his modding style.
  4. As Nords have a tradition in their Pantheon for their Ancient gods like the Bear represents Stuhn, the Wolf represents Mara, Moth for Dibella etc and also with the Nordic Carved Armour bear-shaped helmet, I thought that a good idea for a mod would be some great animal shaped helmets. For example the helmet worn in Game of Thrones: http://www.valyriansteel.com/shop/images/uploads/hound-main.jpg Similar to this they could be made in various styles, I know nothing of modelling so I'm not sure how easy it would be but it seems fairly straight forward. If anyone would be intersted to take up this task I'd be very grateful! I am aware Zenl tried to make the Hound Helmet but he became inactive and never released it.
  5. Hello, Recently I bought Skyrim for my gaming PC hoping 'Hey, I can run it just like I do on my Xbox but with mods!' only to be told my graphics card at the moment was dragging the rest of my high spec PC down. So, seeing as money is tight at the moment, trying to work out what to do such as trying different performance mods that don't work, I decided lets look for a new graphics card. But that's frying my brain as much as my graphics card fries when trying to load Skyrim in Ultra. HD 605939542052 over here and GTI GIT 943.92K EXTOI over there. So many numbers and letters yet they all look the same! :wallbash: So I managed to put together a group of a few in my price range (Some are over my comfortable price range but I guess it's an investment.) So which of these is the best to be able to run Skyrim on Ultra with mods, or just High: GeForce GTX 650 1024MB GDDR5 - $104.99 GIGABYTE GV-R677D5-1GD Radeon HD 6770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 - $89.99 MSI AMD Radeon HD 7770 1024MB GDDR5 - £86.99 MSI AMD Radeon HD 7750 2048MB GDDR3 - £69.98 SAPPHIRE TECHNOLOGY Radeon HD 7770 - 1 GB GDDR5 - £80 Or any you reccomend? Please help? Thank you!
  6. So I've been looking for a fairly cheap but 'up and over' the job graphics card. None of those fancy up-to-date £400-500 cards. I found this: http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/amdradeongraphicscards/amdhd7750series/r7750-2gd3.html MSI AMD Radeon HD 7750 2048MB GDDR3 Would that be up to the job of running Skyrim on Ultra/High + Mods?
  7. That's cause when I looked at my settings it didn't tell me which exactly, just said 'HD 5400'. How much do these new ones cost?
  8. This is a gaming desktop. It was a stock body with some stock add-ons, with separate HP and Cyborg keyboard and monitor so its not an official PC. Whys that? EDIT: It's a Galaxy 3 Gaming PC with a certain build.
  9. Hello! I'm an avid Elder Scrolls fan, already had Skyrim on Xbox but thought 'I've got a gaming PC now, why dont I get it cheap to install some mods!' so I bought it 50% yesterday. Was so excited, planned what mods I wanted to install, I assumed my PC would run it like butter on a knife, but there was a little 'shake' and 'lag' when starting a new character at Helgen, I thought 'Maybe its just the scene' but nope, it was still damn laggy. So I got FRAPS I was getting 9fps. So I tried installing SKSE, didn't do much except 1-2 more fps. I installed HiAlgoBoost, did nothing. I ran 'FPS Background Boost' did nothing. I even installed a plugin to SKSE 'TESV Acceleration Layer' did nothing. And now I've fiddled with the graphics some more, Skyrim now has made all the graphics blurry and scratchy even though it's highest settings. Here is my PC specs: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Intel Core i5-2380P CPU @ 3.10Ghz, 3401 Mhz 4 Core ATI Radeon HD 5400 1Terrabyte Disk Drive 8 GB RAM Anymore specs, just ask. From my medium knowledge of computers and specs, I'm pretty damn sure my PC should be able to run Skyrim at 60 fps. On the menu with the quests, it's a smooth 60 FPS. However in some houses it goes up to 20fps, outside its 9-11fps and even the map-inventory menu lags at a 11fps. I can't see what is going wrong, my PC should be able to run this damn game on Ultra settings, yet even on low low low settings, it still lags, I can't tell what it is. Something is holding it back because its so close to being smooth running, yet nothing changes it. Any help? Please? I'm getting ready to kick this PC soon.
