Premium user here with 500Mbps symmetrical fiber connection in Portland, Oregon. VERY slow download speeds on all nearby premium servers and CDN. Brief spikes up to 1Mbps, but typically 300Kbps sustained. I assure you, there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. Speed tests show results in the high 400Mbps. I am a systems engineer by trade and I can tell you that there is nothing wrong with my PC or hardware either. Pinging the CDN results in the IP of - 185.180.13.131 This is TERRIBLE experience for which I paid money for and it is unacceptable that this issue has been persistent this long. I would have been fired if a similar issue persisted in a system under my administration.
