Do you have the Official Oblivion Patch 1.2? Because it fixes that same bug.

Strange Wanderers reminds me of a werewolf mod I saw around some time ago. Didn't they turn into werewolves with nightfall? Not Curse of Hiricine though. Lycnathrope- Werewolves of Cyrodiil perhaps? Hey people, i'm looking for a mod that added Strange Wanderer. It also added other things, but i don't know that for sure. I was actually surprised that Strange Wanderers were added by it. Does anyone know what mod this could be?

In the vanilla game, my favorite spot is Lake Arrius, if you kill the creatures wandering around there, they disturb the peace :) And as a DLC, Battlehorn Castle and the surrounding land is beautiful.
