  1. I encounter the same problem sometimes when dying and the game autoloads for me. I think this happens due to large save games, or due to large number of things that need to be loaded in the screen (I have similar specs as yours), or due to many scripts that need to be ran in the game. My solution was to load the game manually when dying and using CASM.
  2. If you still have crashes please post your load order. Generally, if your game crashes, doing a clean install usually helps. If the crashes continue, then try deactivating certain mods until you find the culprit.
  3. Unfortunately, I can't make anything of that. Why does it say IntelĀ® HD Graphics 4000 though? You do run the game on your GeForce right???
  4. OK if it was stable, then there is not point telling you to change your load order. So the best thing to do is to deactivate all the recent mods, except from one, and load up a previous clean save game. If the game is stable for you, then activate another one. Do that until you find the culprit. Then update me and we'll see what we will do.
  5. Zeazer, first of all, sort your .esms on top of all your .esps. Also, choose between NVInteriors_ComboEdition_AWOP.esm and NVInteriors_ComboEdition.esm. Choose between w44Satchels - Full.esp and w44Satchels - Lite.esp. Before I say anything more, was your game stable before your most recently installed mods?
  6. Hello again nallik, sorry for my absence. From what I know, dxdiag is just a diagnostics tool. It displays information about your system, your video card and sound card. It is mainly used for troubleshooting driver related issues being encountered by directx. I don't think that this will be of any help to you. I wish I could give anything new but unfortunately I can't. If I were you, i would start tinkering with the mod count. Sometimes, even a simple plugin can make your game unstable, without an apparent reason, which you can't even detect in FNVEdit.
  7. You just go to Start and then type in dxdiag. I hope it is the same as windows 7.
  8. Try and uninstall NMC's texture pack. Maybe your PC isn't so strong and can't handle large areas and exteriors. Prior to that, you can try installing the 4GB thingy if you have 4GB RAM or more.
  9. I found something about detecting what kind of error is causing CTDs.Take a look here, 2nd post. I don't know how much it will help though.
  10. Not that I know of. Basically, I would like to know myself if such a program exists (maybe game log file?). Anyway, I've seen your specs, and you have a powerful PC. So, textures and generally graphics are not the issue. Then there are conflicts and heavy-scripted mods left. The last advice I can give you if you haven't managed to make your game stable already, is to deactivate a couple of mods which have the most conflicts, or deactivate one or two of your most big and script intensive mods. It's a trial and error process. Removing mods always works for me. P.S: When I told you to do a master update, you said that it messes up some mods. You were right. For example master updating messed up the questline in New Vegas Bounties for me. If you haven't seen many improvements with it, I suggest you do a master restore. Just keep it in mind as a means of a last resort mod troubleshooting. Ultimately, the best way to avoid crashes and to have a stable game is, for me, adding mods one to four at a time, playing with them for a number of hours, then adding more and repeat. I hope that helps man.
  11. Hmm, the problem is that you're trying to change some records that are just references to another records. And you end up altering the base object, which messes up all the references to it...I think. I'm not sure about this, but I have two solutions for you. I discovered a great utility for merging plugins. You can download it here. Either use that or just don't touch these values. If you decide not to alter these values, make the merging, and then check the formid of the same riot gear helmet to see if it has been automatically changed. P.S: I told you yesterday that I would merge the "More Perks" plugins. Keep in mind that if you have used any of the perks on your character, merging these plugins together would probably mess up your stats.
  12. Oh yes I didn't realised that the id is the same on those two mods. I guess it's ok to change it, because the gun runners just overrides vanilla's value.
  13. When you load a number of mods in FNVEdit, you will see a number left of each one. Numbers like [00], [01], [02] etc. This is the load order of each mod and it's in hexadecimal code. Suppose the WMR_Vanilla_S.esp has a number of [00]. Then WMR_DeadMoney_S.esp should have [01] (as it's the next mod in the order). So the thing that you have to do is change every record in the WMR_DeadMoney_S.esp that starts with 01, to 00. So in your case, I guess that the WMR_GunRunnersArsenal_S.esp has a [4B] number left of it, that means that WMR_Vanilla_S.esp has a [49]. You must change the record 4B000ADD in WMR_GunRunnersArsenal_S.esp, to 49000ADD. Hope that helps!
  14. I would try to merge all the WMR esps. But only the esps. Don't tinker with the esm at all. Then I would merge the "More Perks" esps and maybe the "Advanced Recon" esps. Note that you have to know a thing or two about FNVEdit to do that. If you need any help just tell me and I will help you when I can. Reading the FNVEdit manual should help too.
  15. Now you can try disabling one or more mods to see if you get the game more stable. An alternative but time consuming method would be to merge some of the esps together into one single esp using FNVEdit.
  16. Try to reset the Archive Invalidation. Open up Nexus Mod Manager, go on tools and remove Archive Invalidation and then re activate it.
  17. Yes, if you see at the middle of the text document, I wrote "ALL OTHER ESPS". I meant all other esps go here. Their load order isn't important, at least for the game stability.
  18. Are you using any texture mods etc? If so, what are your framerates and your pc specs?
  19. First of all, you need NVInteriors_Core.esm loaded before NVInteriors_ComboEdition.esm, which you seem to be missing. Download and install that.
  20. Now test the game and tell me your results. These steps are the minimum you have to do whether you have crashes or not. They're recommended. If you still have crashes, you may want to reduce the number of your mods. But we'll get on that.
  21. Did you create a merged patch using the FNVEdit, or you actually merged all those single esps into one??? Asking out of curiosity.
  22. Post your load order so we can see if there are any conflicts between your mods.
  23. Are you using the old merged patch? The one before you change your load order? If so, this merged pack will need NVEC NVCE PN Equipment Patch.esp to be activated, which is not. Delete this merged patch and create another. Remember, every time that you change anything in your load order, you need to create a new merged patch and delete the old one, even if you just alter the order of your existing mods.
  24. Try this load order exactly as it is: P.S: The Open Freeside mod you are using, is very demanding and I would suggest uninstalling it. But unfortunately its author says it cannot be uninstalled. Even if you turn it off, there are gonna be problems with your current saved games. Only with a new game you may be able to get rid of it. P.S 2: Also, because you are using several mods that alter your HUD, like Project Nevada - Extra Options.esm, The Mod Configuration Menu.esp and Primary Needs HUD.esm, I suggest that you download the Unified HUD Project and install it.
  25. Oh no man just copy the FNVEdit.exe and rename it to FNVMasterUpdate.exe. Also copy it once more and rename it FNVMasterRestore.exe, if you see that master updating crashes your game. Also, have you had any luck with the merged patch? If the merged patch and master update don't work, then you should try disabling your mods one at a time, starting with the biggest ones. Also, why isn't your FalloutNV.esm first in your load order??????? I saw this now.
