Well I've tried installing manually anywya. Could you tell me how to do removal just in case I find myself either no longer wanting it or needing to remove it for whatever reason? I'm nt used to doing stuff manually and don't like messing around with the directory.

I think this is the right place to reply. I've come across a guy who used the steam workshop and has made a scythe compilation that uses axe animations. Probably the best you'll get until someone figures out how to put an entirely new animation into the game without messing anything up.
