PS4 Mod Update After months of discussion with Sony, we regret to say that while we have long been ready to offer mod support on PlayStation 4, Sony has informed us they will not approve user mods the way they should work: where users can do anything they want for either Fallout 4 or Skyrim Special Edition. Like you, we are disappointed by Sony’s decision given the considerable time and effort we have put into this project, and the amount of time our fans have waited for mod support to arrive. We consider this an important initiative and we hope to find other ways user mods can be available for our PlayStation audience. However, until Sony will allow us to offer proper mod support for PS4, that content for Fallout 4 and Skyrim on PlayStation 4 will not be available. We will provide an update if and when this situation changes. original source https://bethesda.net/#en/events/game/ps4-mod-update/2016/09/09/199 mods please delete this if has been discussed or is front page news here

I have two data folders for my game and a data folder with only a pipboy grey texture mod and the easy hacking locking picking mod in it , that data is in a folder else where from steam called "Data back up of minimalist mod installed for Nuka-World" And then there's my regular data folder with homemaker, SOE mod and 35 other mods to use outside of Nuka-World!.. I stopped using custom made player home mods and mods that expand settlements building perimeter beyond the greenline build area, my game ctd a lot with these two types of mods installed, I also don't use any scrap mods for over 2 month's after learning place everywhere mod does the same thing as any scrap mod!..

I stopped using scrap mods a couple of month's ago, after learning that the Place Everywhere mod scrapped the same amount and even more then springcleaning could

it maybe both or one of these old ini tweaks to do with springcleaning mod and cell culled any mod that requires the culled bug fix ini tweak and scrap file ini tweak, scrap mods, mods that expand your settlement boarder etc to do with culled tweak Update on the tipp: If you think that your PC is strong enough, you can try and add the following line to your Fallout.ini under [Display] bUsePreCulledObjects=0 posted by Eysenbeiss <---- made a huge all- in -one expansion settlement mod this ini tweak below used to be posted on the the front page mod desciption tab for springcleaning mod, and was removed eventually to do with spring cleaning VERY IMPORTANT! You will need to edit your Fallout4.ini for this mod to work simply add the line below to the [General] area at the top of the file. bUseCombinedObjects=0 Should look something similiar to this:[General]sLanguage=enuGridsToLoad=5uExterior Cell Buffer=36 bDisableAllGore=0bUseCombinedObjects=0 This ini line tells the game to use the Fallout4.esm worldspace without merged geometry records and thus allows you to select all static objects in the game world. these two ini tweaks above may of caused the static items to enlarge and then fall into the cell obstructing the view like in the cell with the bumper cars in it!.. if you have these two ini tweaks above sidewalks, pavement and building doors and floors well go missing in Nuka-World and that may cause static item to enlarge and fall into cell's too

I bought Nuka-World at 8:57 am eastern the steam digital email receipt indicated and it's now 12:59 PM eastern , My steam client get's this paused disk write error a lot, even after doing a clean install of steam, it always gives paused disk write error message and I have to sit at my computer and babysit the download and watch that it doesn't do the paused disk write error on me, how I correct it is to un-pause it in the download and it finishes installing!.. Steam decided to uninstall the whole game after buying Nuka -world at 8:57 am eastern and re-downloaded the whole game again, after I did verify integrity of game cache for the game, it had to reacquire 9 files for the game at 10GB I run my steam desktop client as admin I'm with Rogers Cable here in Ottawa,Canada and my Cable package is called Rogers Internet 30 Ignite bundle, my home phone , TV and Internet are all with Rogers Cable and I have there Next Box too!..

workbench menu lock up & sound loss or it fall's behind
hard8 replied to hard8's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
This is a desktop PC from MDG Canada and I'm RTO (rent to own) and my contract ends in 2018, I pay $75 a month on it and it was built to play GTA V but it had bad game lag with that game, my PC specs are in the first post of this topic!.. All's I know from the tech guy at Canada,Computers is that he said the OS drive is smaller then my SDD drive and I thought back in March I only had one drive and he pointed out to me, no your computer has two drives and wasn't one partitioned drive, he showed me a small drive that could fit in a laptop or about the size of a smart phone but not as thin!.. -

Yea 500 GB was the one he mentioned, your right thanks we are over taxed here in Canada and so I get a GST tax credit four times a year, ever three month's, I use that tax credit for purchasing games and or PC repairs like a new joystick or mouse and keyboard when need be, my GST tax credit is only $65 and so I might need to save one or more tax credit's to get a new SDD and for the labor!.. -
workbench menu lock up & sound loss or it fall's behind
hard8 replied to hard8's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
In March my PC was in the repair shop and tech guy thought my SDD had failed, but then he gave me good news that my SDD only had a Loose wire and my SDD was fine, but occasionally my G: drive icon which is my SDD it's icon or drive icon goes missing and It takes several PC restarts and sometimes completely shutting down my PC makes my G: drive come back My PC was in the repair shop because it was stuck on the Bios screen or install screen for Windows and for the G drive issue!.. I might have to buy a new SDD drive, the tech guy quoted me nearly $100 CAD for a SDD before install fees and the SDD was only 500mb he quoted , I went to Canada Computers in Orleans a suburb of Ottawa and paid a neighbor $50 CAD to drive me there and back in March!.. -

it's the red settlement workbench that has the build items, furniture, generators, etc Update I just ran verify integrity of game cache for the game with steam and it's reacquiring 4.2 GB of the game again, so my game became corrupted and the verify is fixing it as we speak http://imgur.com/vKmrC6e -

In the past when it get locked in the workbench menu the game would ctd after the lockup but not anymore or as bad as it did several Bethesda patches ago!.. does anyone know what causes the sound and menu issue and if there's a fix for it? here's my PC specs from Steam see spoiler here's my mod list see spoiler

I remember in Fallout 3 for a couple of player home mods a way to use a sledge hammer to move the door entrance to anywhere else in the commonwealth,I'd like to be able to move any of Vault 88 entrance else where and maybe into a subway entrance type building would be nice too!.. The mods that had the sledge hammer tool was the underground hideout and the water version!..

40 seconds into this youtube video he mentions how to start the DLC

The only thing I noticed in my workbench menu is that the game sometimes takes a good 60 seconds to 90 seconds to properly show all furniture types in category's properly and then I can see what to plop!..

Game now crashes at launch since new update.
hard8 replied to Modz4eva's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
@ 4EverLol4Life I looked at your plugins ini text and you have asterisks where you shouldn't have asterisks this is originally from the front page site news section for Fallout 4 nexus site If you aren’t using NMM or Bethesda.net and still wish to enable mods manually, please note that the usage of the plugins.txt file has changed. Though it's still located in your %appdata% directory (i.e., something like c:\users\sirsalami\appdata\local\fallout4), it no longer contains references to core files / dlc plugins. Also, you MUST add an asterisk (*) before the entry for each modded plugin. For instance, a properly enabled plugins.txt file will now look something like this: # This file is used by Fallout4 to keep track of your downloaded content.# Please do not modify this file.*Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch.esp*LongerDeathReloadTime.esp*DarkerNights.esp*DarkerNightsDetection.esp*Campsite.esp*CMPA +150.esp*SOS_SleepOrSave.esp We’ll be updating the wiki to reflect these changes, accordingly. original source http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/news/12785/? Do not add a asterisks symbol's on the main game and dlc esm in the plugin ini text and you might have to set the text to read-only if your using the f4se_loader to launch the game or your plugin ini text well reset and lose all mod entry's!. here's part of my plugins ini Fallout4.esmDLCRobot.esmDLCworkshop01.esmDLCCoast.esmDLCworkshop02.esmDLCworkshop03.esm*Homemaker.esm*Snap'n Build.esm*Homemaker - Greenhouse and Bunker Disabler.esp*Homemaker - Unlocked Institute Objects.esp*MakeYourOwnSynths.esp*AIO SS.esp*SettleObjExpandPack.esp -

do you have the Place Everywhere that coincides with the F4SE your using? also I find exiting the game and restarting my PC fixes any issues I have with Place Everywhere toggled keys F1 through F7 and then when I relaunch I'm able to snap again with no issues, remember it's Place Everywhere that adds the F key hotkeys and not F4SE

F4SE Fallout 4 runtime 1.7.9 - Current build: 0.2.1 worked like a charm, I deleted f4se_steam_loader.dll, f4se_loader and f4se_1_6_9.dll and then replaced them with the 3 files from F4SE Fallout 4 runtime 1.7.9 archive rar/7-Zip file and then launched my game from f4se_loader - Shortcut desktop shortcut and had no ctd's or freezes or issues at all I verify integrity of game cache with steam for the game before launching after updating F4SE and Place Everywhere I only use Place Everywhere Snap'n Build by ad3d0 Settlement Objects Expansion Pack by ccmads Skyship Welder by Blary
