I found out why my Internet was so slow, my cell phone provider was throttling my connection because I had exceeded my 4gb data limit, so they gave me data tethering tell October 5th for free.

I live in Ottawa, Canada's Capital. I think it was the weather that missed with my connection, some sites are starting to load normally again

Sense Saturday my ability to connect to the Internet has been painfully slow, some sites taken 15 minutes or longer to load and even timing out. I'm on a smartphone and I'm supposed to have unlimited data and Internet with Windmoble, are they throttling my Internet? A friend of mine say's this weekends solar flares or Aurora boralis over Ontario Canada is to blame for my slow Internet connection.

I have the game dishonored and it's a awesome game and I played most of GTA games, GTA V is on my wish list. There's another game I seen on TV with a masked guy who can control traffic and camera's, it's name escapes my tungue at the moment sorry, but looks like a great game.

It's been since March 2013 sense I had a computer at home, I needed to take a break from gaming and PC'S to prove to myself I could quit computer's anytime, I also needed to catch up on my credit card debt, I hope to have saved enough money up by the time I'm 48 years old to build my dream gaming PC, I turned 45 last month. I noticed all my favorite franchise games Fallout and elder scroll's haven't had any releases or mention of anything new. I hope PC Gaming isn't dead.

I have unlimited local and long distance call's across Canada, and unlimited Internet and data with windmobile for cheaper then a homephone with Rogers or Bell Canada. My windmobile bill is under forty Canadian a month.

Hello all I was tired of time limits on using the library's PC, so a week ago I bought a smartphone, a Samsung galaxy S5. It's been a year or longer since I've had Internet at home or a PC, still won't be playing any PC games any time soon, catching up on credit card debt, hope to have the money to build my dream gaming PC in a few years. Like the title says, it be nice to turn off certain features of some of those mods and are configure your followers speed, and skill and distance they follow in MCM menu or weapons and armors they use, the only mod I use so far that uses MCM is SkyUI since the last SKSE implemented it!.. I currently only use My Home Is Your Home - a mod for followers mod to populate my houses and guard them, all the current follower/companion mods have to many options and don't work with all the DLC's!.. sorry for posting in the wrong part of the forum, if I did!.

If I do Ill Met By Moonlight first well I mess out on getting the Bolar's Oathblade? Currently I discover the cave first and enter it and get Bolar's Oathblade because during Ill Met By Moonligh the statue it's at Disappears and the sword can't be obtained

When ever I start a new game and I wont to sell my goods or transfer it to a container, the back button doesn't work on my xbox 360 controller for windows , I find if you save and restart your game from the save game and relaunch skyrim the back button on the xbox 360 controller for windows works again and I'm able to sell my goods and transfer them to containers again!.. the back button is the one to the left side of the round button that lights up green that shows your controller is working right I have the USB rumble black 360 controller for windows with the two thumb sticks and d-pad and 9 other buttons Owe this back button issue only started happening after I bought Dragonborn

I use bat batch files to set all my favourite skyrim characters essential and searched there text files for there base ids of the elk and troll and the console base id's wheren't in them!.. I ended up creating two text documents to make the elk and dark troll's killable again setessential 00023ABA 0 <--- for dark troll setessential 00023A91 0 <--- for elk with big antlers I remember adding the base id to make armored trolls essential, so maybe it effected the dark trolls too let me know if there's a reason I'm not supposed to kill elk with big antlers?

Is there a mod that let's you apply the Blackblood Marauders vain or blood line like face paint or tattoo to your character???

If your using the levelers tower mod it has a display museum for the elder scroll too

Before Dragonborn I tcl my way through all the cell's to the final battle where you get auriel's bow because those games cell's both dark and light with the falmer are to confusing and make me too frazzled and it's like dental work playing through them each time!.. After buying Dragonborn it ctd now at the wayshines, and the wayshrine of learning!.. So sense I cheat my way through the whole touching the sky quest, I decided to make a console command wordpad bat file to skip the quest all together and add all the rewards and necessery word wall you'd learn during that quest!.. My skyrim kept crashing at the wayshrine of learning the other day, and I re-installed all my skyrim new and left out some mods and well see if it happens again, I hate the forgotten vale anyhow and may use console codes to totally skip it of it happens again!..

Yes when I verified integrated of game cache. steam re-acquired and re-download missing files for Dragonborn, I always do several verify integrated of game cache of my games and during all three steam kept re-acquiring files for Dragonborn, so something from the game may not be sticken or installing properly!..

I currently have 5 in my inventory and noticed a 6th book locked away in Tel Mithryn in Neloth house, I know doing side quests for him unlocks the room the black book is in, but Neloth says the book isn't related to getting Miraak or importan when you first meet himt!..

I use the one that came with the game and manually install my mods with Fallout, Fallout Mod Manager can be used with Fallout 3 and New Vegas
