Custom World-Space LOD Help Needed!

I am currently attempting to move the main town for my mod Riften Depths over to a custom worldspace with LOD. I have the world space made and am now needing to move on to the LOD Part. The problem is that I cannot download the programs needed to create a custom LOD. If anyone would be willing to create a LOD for my worldspace I can offer any help needed and will give you credit for doing so on my Mods page when it is published. I have already added a custom voiced Skooma Dealer who also buys stolen goods. I could add more throughout the town or maybe a shop in a secluded corner of town. ALSO I would really like your opinions on Riften Depths so please vote on the above polls when I place them if you can. -

I recently decided I was tired of the boring and flat ground of the main town that I was restricted to by using an Interior Worldspace so I have set about making a custom worldspace. The hard part now is making a cave big enough to cover "upgraded" Riften Depths. I will work on it, and will eventually get the custom LOD done as well. I have recently began a modding team on another thread so I have a few level designers helping me get interior cells done and a composer who is helping make music for the mod. I should be able to show some pictures of the finished worldspace in a few days. Like I said, the main thing now is making a cave large enough to cover the entire Depths - AirtightSpring3 -
I am trying to add a fairly large custom world to Skyrim but I find that whenever I try to edit a cell and then scroll back to another one objects turn invisible. They are still there but they are invisible to the computer making it very annoying to edit. Is there any way to make it so either you see further distances in creation kit or so objects don't turn invisible when you move to edit other cells? Any help is much appreciated. I would love to sign you on as the composer for music for my mod Riften Depths. I will need a few tracks done, and some soundtracks/lyrics to songs for my bard voice actors to sing. I can write the lyrics if you would like or if you would like to write lyrics I can send you themes for their songs. If you are interested in helping I can send you information about the songs needed for the mod as it goes.

Hello Nexus Community. As some of you may know from my recent posts, I am creating a mod called Riften Depths which adds a new city beneath Riften set in a large group of caves. So far I have finished the exterior for the main town, have a few NPCs custom voiced, have a working arena system, designed interiors for most town buildings, set working NPCs up in the town, and completed the first quest in the main Questline. But there is still much to do. I would like to put together a team to assist me with the mod. I used to do all the work for the mod alone, with the occasional help of the community for scripting problems. But I have been quite busy since school started up again, and have since not been able to mod near as much as I would like to. I would like anyone who could join the team to be in it for the long run and to have fair knowledge of the creation kit, and hopefully experience in the field they sign up for. I will list below the positions I need filled, I will add to this list over time so check back in if there is no spot open for a position you would like. I may add more positions over time. http://static1.nexusmods.com/110/images/110/5468649-1383781197.jpg Level Designers: These people will design mostly interior spaces, such as parts of the main Castle, a base for the Sentinel Guild and multiple dungeons. This mod is quite a ways from finished so you will not need to work with speed, I would rather have a quality dungeon that takes over a month to make, than a poorly built one put together in a few days. If you are signing up for this position and have previous experience with design of exterior or interior cells please post links or pictures in a post below. - Level Designer 1: sbrownx - Level Designer 2: Sygmar - Level Designer 3: - Level Designer 4: Official Composer: Create soundtracks for Riften Depths and songs for the various Bards to sing. - Official Composer: Xennah Quest Designers: These people will assist me in writing the main quest, side quests and Sentinel Quest Line. I will usually send them a draft of what should happen in the quest, they may then make changes to the draft and send it back to me. When approved they can go ahead and make the quest. If you have experience making/writing quests please post references/links below. - Quest Designer 1: - Quest Designer 2: http://static2.nexusmods.com/110/images/110/5468649-1383781118.jpg Custom Texture Designers: I would like these people to be able to take ideas I have for custom objects (weapons, armor, static objects, ect.) and turn them into a reality that I can add to the mod. Please post any links/pictures of previous work below. - Texture Designer 1: Matth85 Script Advisor: This person will need to have a large amount of skill in scripting, because they will be the one responsible for helping with the writing of scripts needed by all other members of the team. If you would like this position please let me know, and I will see how you deal with a few scripting problems we have early on to see if you will make a good permanent fit for the team. - Script Advisor: http://static2.nexusmods.com/110/images/110/5468649-1383781063.jpg That concludes the available positions I currently would like filled. In a month or so I will probably look for a video editor, to make a trailer and take ENB photos of the mod. So stay tuned . I may also add more positions to any of the jobs above. The finished product will be published on the Nexus for certain and possibly Steam (if it is not to big.) Sorry there have not been any updates for almost a month! I have been very busy with school and the end of the first quarter and have not had much time to mod. But I do have the arena bug-free (at least to my knowledge) and working and I added my first custom voiced merchant (A crazy skooma dealer). I'll be getting more done soon and will keep you all updated. -
Hi, I was just wondering how to get NPCs to say things at certain times. For example, I have a merchant who I want to say certain random dialogues at the time he is working (8-20) But I want him to say other random dialogues when he is on his off time. How I would I get this to happen?

Thanks for the info, I already have TES5Edit because I needed it to fix a NavMesh glitch, so this should be easier than I thought it would be. -
Hey, so I know this glitch has been around for a while and I think it has been patched but I do not know the workaround. How do you stop from having to save and then reload before the dialogue for a custom voiced NPC appears?

What shops would YOU like in Rochebere?

Here are a few of my ideas. 1. "Dark Alchemy" Shop selling things like Skooma and potions that turn the player into a vampire. 2. Barracks like building where a lot of "SellSword" followers live, who you can purchase to tag along with you. 3. A Adventurer Shop where you could sell things like backpacks which can increase Carry Weight or Stamina. 4. A Bank where NPCs store their goods (Thief players could have a challenge breaking into this to make some extra money) 5. A fortune teller stall who asks the player various questions and based off their answers tells their "future" (Just for fun.) Hope some of these ideas help you in finishing you mod. I am very much looking forward to playing through it. -

How would I make the two bandits in the betting script start combat with each other. Right now I have this: ActorProperty01.StartCombat(ActorProperty02) When I do this they both end up attacking me instead of attacking each other. How would I make them attack each other? Also does the disable script I was assisted with in the first page disable the living bandit who survives the fight or just the dead one? -

Today I FINALLY figured out how to make LIP files, and to do so had to reconvert all my WAV files into Mono not Stereo WAV files. So that took a while but all the dialogue lines are now working correctly and after a I do a few more things I will be ready to start looking for many voice actors for a large amount of NPCs. So keep checking this post to find out when I need voice actors. -
Well I got it working using the individual line LIP creator in Ck. My problem was all my WAV files were Stereo not Mono so I had to reconvert them.

I have one problem. Whenever I try to use the feature you mentioned CK crashes and gets stuck on one of various lines from Dawnguard. Any idea on other ways to create LIP files?

I have been working mostly on the armory of the castle, I am slow at interior designs because I try to pay a lot of attention to detail, so I end up redoing a lot of things if I am not liking how it is turning out. I realized yesterday that the castle will definitely need Hearthfire and Dragonbron assets to look the way I like so for the first release I have made a large player manor, which I hope will suffice for now. I am still trying to figure out LIP file generation....
