i dont know how to mod it but i think you can use console commands to do so for danse: finish blind betrayal and keep him as a companion, after that, open up the console and click on him and use RemoveFromFaction 5de41 (case sensitive) this should remove him from the brotherhood of steel, however, i've never used it for deacon: same thing, get him as a companion and use RemoveFromFaction 994f6 (case sensitive aswell) for X6-88 RemoveFromFaction 5e558 after that, you should be able to do it
