  5. Oh never mind friends, all I needed to do was press okay when creating the quest and then just open the file again. Problem solved
  6. I can't see the topics in the GECK when I'm trying to make dialogue for a quest, I have extended them to Editor ID but I still can't see the added topics themselves. Are there any updates for the geck that solve this problem for windows 10?
  7. I have merged the two bodies, but I don't know how to fix the sleeves properly so that it looks more natural. Any way to wrap the mesh of the coat better around the body?
  8. I would like to mix the trousers from the pre-war Spring outfit together with the shirt from the Pre-war Parkstroller outfit. With a retextured coat from the Vault Lab outfit over them. How do I best go about mixing these assets?

  10. I would like to make custom combat armor using assets from mirelurk shells. However I'm having trouble finding good info on how to customize my own meshes effectively for Fallout. Can anyone refer me to some good tutorials and other sources of information?
  11. Say I want to add the "Khans of New California" soundtrack to Paradise Falls, or "A trader's life" to Megaton. How do I accomplish this?
  12. Haven't played Skyrim in a while, but I do know the Elder Scroll's theology and lore pretty well
  13. I cut out the body armour from the Joshua Graham model, sticked it on the merc grunt armour, importerted that file into the geck as a new armour which I spawned in Doc Mitchell's house but when I equip it its the normal merc grunt armor
  14. I did create a unique armor which I dropped in goodsprings, but the body armour doesn't show up when I equip it, the stats and the names work fine though
  15. Adjusted the armour just fine so there's no clipping, but when I put it into the geck I don't see the body armour anymore, just the normal merc grunt armor
  16. Oh apparently I exported it as a oblivion file, exported it again as a f3 file, I just added the armor to the merc grunt, still have to fix the scale but progress is made!

Well I figured out how to use blender after trial and error, I deleted everything from the Graham armor except for the body armor and when I open the file I made in nifskope I only see the body armor as I wanted it. So how do I copy that file on the merc grunt file? When I try to copy paste it says something about "Nif Versions differ current file version 20.0.0.5 clipboard data version 20.2.0.7 the results will be unpredictable"
  18. Downloaded Blender and all that, though I still don't know how to remove the body armour from the rest of the clothes. How do I only select certain parts?
  19. I want the Merc grunt armor to have this mercenary look but I have no idea how to remove the body armor from Joshua Graham and put it on the Merc Grunt armor, any help would be greatly appreciated

  21. It always bothered me how you hear pretty much the same soundtracks everywhere, I want to add a trader's life to Megaton or Khan's of new california to Paradise falls and that you only hear those soundtracks at those areas. So does anyone know how I could do that?
  22. I like the rough nite hair style but I think it looks better when your character is wearing a hat, so how do you make the hat hair style the default?
