No the textures and meshes aren't included in those mods, you have to import them using FOMM from your Fallout 3 Data folder

I have seen many of these mods on the nexus and they get removed faster then you can say "copyright"

No obviously you can't post it, well you can post an esp of the mod. But you can extract the textures and the meshes from your Fallout 3 folder, there are plenty of popular fallout 3 import mods that do this.

I always want specific music in the DLC but I don't know how I can add music to a specific area. For instance I want to hear the arroyo music at the dead horse camp. So can somebody make this possible. I really want the DLC to be more atmospheric
