Seems to be a fairly niche application you guys are writing!!! Kudos for the undertaking, but I'm a little confused to why you would make a marginally better game-engine, when there are other projects that are looking to use the Skyrim engine to re-create Morrowind. I'm talking about legal ones that are creating their own assets, so no copyright issues either.
You know how I'd be satisfied with playing Morrowind -- if your game engine could have more complex NPC meshes and textures. Lets say you could run Skyrim actor meshes, textures and animations within your game engine. That would make a huge difference to the immersion and give users a really good reason to run the game under your system. You'd have to have a team of people re-creating the NPCs by hand, but I think you'd get a few volunteers for that. Myself included.
You could use custom armor, weapons, bodies, faces and animations created on Nexus, ask permission first of course. There are a number of Morrowind styled armors and weapons, so should be covered.

I personally haven't come across much more than these resources. What are you trying to do? Create a mod that adds clutter to the whole of Skyrim? If so are you doing it for you personally or are you looking to release it?
[edit]
I see you have a mod already "Clutter and Treasure of Skyrim". It would be nice have a list of the include packs on your webpage. A comprehensive list so that if you are missing something then somebody can leave details in the comments. Good luck with everything.

Thx @KingsCambit. I'm going to give Vjarkell Castle a go today - DLCs are all good. This map is missing most of the quests and dungeons, so heaps to put in there still. They are so many of them and they take a long time to get through. Will get them all in there eventually.

Well its been a year since Skyrim graced our monitors and about 9 months for the creation kit, so I thought I'd make a map of what the world of Skyrim looks like according to the modding community by and large.
You can check out a map here - http://mashupforge.com/map/snap/
I'm sure I'm missing some good ones, leave some details and I'll add it :)

I'm going to create a quest reward which gives a stone golem like armor to the player. Think of it as a rock armor, which looks like a bulky stone golem. Want to draw a concept?

Its all looking very nice. Definitely a style that I would like to use for my next game. I don't think I'll have a hard time telling the imperials and the stormcloaks apart during a warzone batlle :)

Did you get this off the ground? (ha pun not intended)

If you want to roam around "Solstheim" already Dark Creations have a project where they are recreating all the areas of Tamriel

It doesn't have quests yet, but I had fun running around.
