I just can't figure it out, and I didn't find a tutorial about it.

What is the title of an argonian city lord in Black Marsh? Just like the jarls in Skyrim and the counts in Cyrodiil.

Is it possible to add a new buyable land to the game just like the ones in Heaarthfire? If it is, please tell me how can I do it.

I don't like Heljarchen Hall, because it's not in the snowy region. If somebody wold make a new buyable land depper near the mountains of The Pale or Winterhold (if making a new buyable land is possible), I would be really thankful. I've highlighted some areas in the attached file that are good, but it can be anywhere.

I've found a pillar named Pillar of Lifestream north of the College of Winterhold in a big island. When I activate it says the pillar sleeps. (Sorry, but I can't upload an image because it's larger than 250KB...) Anyway, if anybody knows what is it please comment.

So, I was playing Skyrim yesterday, when suddenly I started thinking of a mod where you can join a tribe/faction then fight and conquer the others. I think it shall take place on a big island with a new map. You could go to the island with a ship from one of the port cities. You would arrive to a neutral city between the territory of the tribes. There, you could choose whch faction do you want to join. You could also join the neutral city to fight off all of the tribes and conquer the island. There would be numerous caves, mines, forts filled with tribal warriors. Each tribe would have three or four fortresses which the player shall conquer in order to defeat the tribe. Then, you shall take over the capital city of the tribe. Of course , you could hire soldiers and mercenaries to fight by your side. If you like it, and have any ideas please comment. (Sorry if my English isn't correct)
