You know, I'm starting to think that this has already done so much damage to the community that they could just as well go for the whole paid modding thing. It's caused such a massive stir, and I'm not sure if this bitterness will go away after all the new opinions and points of view that have come to light. I don't think modding will ever be the same again, although I sincerely hope that most modders are ok with how things are now.

I'm sorry, but I just don't want to pay money for something of which I'm not even sure if it works well with my game. Modding can be very complicated, and I think that putting a price on mods makes it waaay more complicated than necessary. I think this whole matter is very difficult to wrap my head around, there are a lot of aspects to this whole discussion. But I have to be honest that I'm very relieved that they cancelled this system. Life is expensive enough as it is. This is more of a personal problem than a moral issue, I know, but the reason I game 100% of the time I have time to spare is because money is so tight that I want to think about something other than financial stuff, and not be tempted to do stuff that would take money. So for me the thought of having to pay to keep my game intact is just very appalling. Idk, there's so many sides to this so I'm not sure what to think.

In response to post #23035229. Oh god yes. I hate to be a whiny wimp about it but something about that exaggerated sexiness and nudity has made me very sad over time. I just don't want to be confronted with other peoples masturbation material lol. To each their own ofc... it just isn't for everyone, but you have no choice but to have it get thrown in your face constantly... I'm very glad thats over ^^ Thanks!
