Thank you for the notice, but its Skyrim mod related. Its not like I'm spamming Viagra (lol) ads or anything. Its not as much of a solicitation as to a question about whether its possible or legal to do so elsewhere (if not allowed here)

I was wondering if its legal to solicit someone to build a mod for me/ the community. Can anyone enlighten me on this subject? I'm looking to pay a bit of money (negotiable) to add a working item to the game for me and the community to use. What are your thoughts? Any potentially interested parties?
