I'll have to script something like this? Event OnEffectStart(Actor akTarget, Actor akCaster) akCaster.SetEyeTexture(EyesSomething) EndEventas a script for a spell/magic effect? -
Hey, is there a way to change the vampire eyes, with a spell or something, temporarily, back to the "mortal" eyes the character had? I use custom player race, so Better Vampires's Mortal Mask won't work... for instance. Would be difficult to make a spell like that?

How do I change the slot an item is equipped into? I'm trying to wear the Scouter with an eyepatch but it seems they use the same slot...

Ok, it's seedy, but it is also boring/limited and I need to stick to one story line. I want possibilities.

meh, I want some seedy FNV style slavery, want to work for myself. One can sell slaves to the Institute, ok. Like the Legion in FNV. "Private contractor" of sort, if you wish. But I was talking out of the main storyline.

NPC Slavery in FO4. You roam around, you enslave people, you bring them back to a jail, waiting to sell them up to an NPC slaver for profit or keep them for... anything. Goes great with what I've read about the new dlc: With Wasteland Workshop, you can design and set cages to capture live creatures – from raiders to Deathclaws. Tame them or have them face off in battle, even against your fellow settlers. You got the idea.

THANKS trainwiz... sadly i think there surely will be some good/big modders that won't be as enlightened as you are... and they will be lured in this marketing campain that's taking place "on the other side" pretty fast pretty badly... -
Paid mods on steam: horrible idea Donations worked fine for the last 3 years and a half... Steam Workshop wants to get all the mods that Nexus has luring in the mod authors with the promise of money Someone here said: "Well let's all just not spend a single cent"... but picture this, a modder releases a critical update or a very interesting new feature instead of freely on the nexus, for money on the workshop... now if you want the upgrade you NEED to buy this mod... Luring in modders from other mod sites with the promise of selling their mods... And they waited long enough to know there's a big ecosystem invested in modding skyrim... Horrible move. Smart of their side, but terrible nonetheless. this move sucks, is going to kill modding... not on the authors' side... but on the users' side

thanks for your patience, so its a simple matter of editing the nif and textures using the same name as the weapon to be replaced... sorry but since no one wrote it this way in any tutorial i saw i was asking if there was any difference, that's all... i feared there could be some extra step i should've known. (i don't like trial and error that much)

There's a ton of tutorials, just google geck weapon tutorial or punch it into youtube. I know, but those are about "adding" a new weapon, i meant replacing an existing one... i guess its not the same process...

As a follower, Rex growls when weapon drawn, how i edit that? i tried to edit "RobotUniqueRex" voice to NONE in VTCK - Voice, but that takes away its "voice" when i talk to it, i want to get rid of the voice when weapon drawn. -

hey guys :cool: I have a basic understanding of how to change body meshes for a standalone npc which comes with an esp and relative meshes/texture/facegendata folders, but how do i change the meshes of a vanilla npc? :mellow: I've looked around, the only answer I find is to make a custom race? There are other ways? I know there are some mods that use various body type to change several npc, but that's not what i'm looking for. I need the quickest/simplest way to change the .nif/.dds of a vanilla npc. and only his/hers. thanks guys. :laugh:
