  1. Not the same thing, but... http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21190/?
  2. Offering to pay people to do certain tasks for modding is against the Nexus Terms of Service. That said... 1) A Face Preset is not a mod so much as taking time to make it in-game for yourself then saving it to the LooksMenu mod. 2) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22447/? 3) http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/videos/5855/?
  3. I have loads of ideas, It's just doing something more than me would like to see Q: Nuks world could use some big undergorund place with workbench.A lot of space for storage and crafting stuff. A: hmm I actually was thinking about taking Nuka World stuff and make a Nuka Cola Museum with it. And put it inside my big future project of an underground city that was protected from the bombs. Pre-war cars, pre-war conditioned houses, couple small farms, and the museum. Vault-tec had an experimental technology that encased the town inside a bubble and was burred under ground. A newly discovered tunnel under a building leads to it. Inside people have been thriving off special lighting that helps garden's grow etc.. they use pre-war money and have a bank inside to they use to trade and people get paid through jobs. Population of 157 people that are descendants of the original people inside. The Dome is not visible to the naked eye. If you want to do a new Nuka World area, I could use a hand with this... http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23618/? There are some ideas there for it in the Posts tab, too. I just haven't learned to do new world spaces/questing yet and lack the time. But it would not take much to wrap up the texturing on it if that's the only thing holding people back.
  4. New Areas: How about a Vault (any # below 114 not already taken for lore friendliness) below the Rotten Landfill? New Mod: How about something that fixes Nuka World for Open Season, and conversely, gives the Main Questline for the game a Raider Ending (basically kill all factions)? New Companion: The AntAgonizer. Taking the suit from the JunkMaster mod (provided Kung Fu Man would be okay with this), make a companion that throws Pheromone Bombs that spawn different (and new!) Ant variants as a companion. New Settlements: Convert a themed series of unmarked locations to settlements. I'd be happy to help with ideas for any of these if they pique your interest. It all depends on what you'd like to do and lies within your capabilities, but I will express some surprise: Most authors that I know of have more ideas than we do time to implement them.
  5. I actually have some base models sitting in a folder for this exact purpose. However, whether or not I get around to doing it ... is another question. Time will tell. :/
  6. Per the lore, horses are extinct after the Great War. However... ...http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23963/?
  7. The last few posts bring me back to one of my points in my last post: Is Bethesda going to just pay the mod authors a small, lump sum, and then they just cash in on the royalties? Or is the mod author going to get a share of the "credits," and if so, how much of each dollar does a mod author earn for their work? I hate to say it, but it is almost a certainty that - in the end - Bethesda takes the lion's share of the profits from the mod author's work and ideas. I am all for the mod authors getting paid and getting a foot in the door to the industry, if this actually results in that. But I still feel like this is going to hurt the quantity and quality of free mods available, and I still feel like mod authors are going to be getting the short end of the stick with this arrangement. It feels very much like online news sites telling a writer that they will publish that writer's article, but they won't pay for that writer's work, because that writer will be getting exposure (which ultimately means nothing except non-payment).
  8. 1.) Donations on the Nexus do not work. I am not going to bother defending that position because I already know it to be true. 2.) Creation Club is likely to be both harmful and beneficial to the modding community. Why? Because the best authors who make the best mods are going to turn to making CC Mods because why not make money if you have the talent and skill to do so? This is going to impact what is available, for free, on the Nexus. Sure, some folks will still release free content that is original and of great quality, but it is going to occur with less frequency. And I do not begrudge those authors that; talent and time spent deserves reward. But it will also be beneficial because it is going to draw more (and new) mod authors who will learn and grow as developers, etc. This will give us a greater pool of knowledge and expertise as things move forward. All of that said, though, I cannot help but wonder how much of a cut Bethesda is going to be looking at taking from the pie, and how much the original author is going to get out of it (in percentages). And, no, I did not read all 8 pages of other commentary (just the first two), so if I've repeated anything already said, my apologies. Just my $.02
  9. Try iCurie (it will soon be folded into iCompanion, but the options will remain) with the Damaged Replikant body, Female Robot Textures, Black Glass Palette option, and Chrome Bridget hair. It is the closest thing you will find to EDI on the Nexus.
  10. This thread is not about your request. Pissing off mod authors and showing no respect for what others have posted/are talking about is not a good way to go about getting what you want. If anything, it is a good way to make sure that no one wants to do it simply due to your lack of decorum.

  12. The first thing that I thought of when reading this thread - Automatron DLC. So yeah, I'm confused too. I'd just like to point out that this was originally posted in December of 2015. The 4th, to be exact. That is almost four months before the release of Automatron (3-22-16). The thread was bumped yesterday in reference solely to Robot Charging Stations.
  13. They were probably orphans send or escorted to Little Lamplight by people who grew up there. At least this is my theory. Also MacCready isn't that old. He's 22 in F4 so... I wanna mod for that but I can't make character models to save my life and let's not even begin on voices. - EDIT - I don't think anybody would be doing a Little Lamplight mod any time soon (unfortunately), but I'd be happy with just a custom NPC mod. Okay. I must have misread that somehow - my apologies. Yeah. Makes sense. What would be even more fun would probably be to just give him a script where he can run around reverse pick-pocketing enemies and dropping grenades down their pants, since (as a mod) you'd likely want him to be essential and not having enemies shooting at him. Since MacCready is your companion, and he isn't, you'd likely want to set the factions so that he was allied to the player, but not a companion, but set as a companion to MacCready instead. It could be a fun little mod. :) I'd suggest looking at mods like Diverse Children (is that the name?), Orphans of the Commonwealth, and Raider Children, etc. to get a custom body going. Other than that it should be a basic companion. Trick would be voicing him; you'd need to find a pro-bono female voice actress (if you didn't already know, it is fairly typical theatre practice to voice young boys using an adult female as they sound similar - Bart Simpson, IIRC, is voiced by a woman).
  14. Yep. If memory serves, he and Lucy got together, but she's passed now. What I don't know is what happens to the son after the quest is finished and MacCready resumes traveling with you. My idea would serve as a plausible explanation for where the son would go, and dropping his son off would also be a reason why MacCready would share the secret of the location with you: to drop the boy off in Princess' care. It would also be kind of neat to have a place like this to send Synth Shaun to if you end up with him after completing the main quest line.
  15. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9753/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11660/? For raw presets... http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20573/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14161/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2887/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19257/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2836/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19937/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1347/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23134/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21960/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/335/? http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24059/? All you have to do is search for "Asian" on the Nexus. I'm sure that, between the first two mods and those presets, you should be able to find something that suits your needs.
  16. New Lamplight: Basically, after growing up, the children of Little Lamplight scattered across the wastes. Several of them founded small settlements across the wasteland. While MacCready was not one of them, his acquaintance Princess was. Situated beneath the Rotten Landfill, New Lamplight is a small series of caverns that lead to an incomplete Vault (think partial caverns and vault bits mixed together, with some caved-in areas and a large enough space to build a settlement or vault in) where Princess leads a small rag-tag band of children. New Lamplight is a place for the orphaned children of the Commonwealth, never to be revealed to Mungos. Rumor around the Commonwealth has it (among children) that, if you are orphaned or captured by Raiders, you can find your way to it by lamplight. MacCready, of course, being one of the exceptionally few Mungos who know of its location. This could be a location that only unlocks upon completing MacCready's personal quest, complete with its own series of quests, stories, and characters. This is a copy/paste of a reply to another thread under a different subject, so I'm posting it here as its own thing. Unfortunately, I know nothing of level/environment design in the CK, and my own projects have my plate pretty full. So hopefully this sounds fun to someone. There is certainly plenty of wiggle room to play around with the idea.
  17. I believe you have your lore backwards (though I haven't completed MacCready's personal quest because I could never tolerate his presence long enough to do so, so I could be mistaken). The MacCready in the Capital Wasteland you meet in Little Lamplight is the SAME MacCready ten years before the events of Fallout 4. Regardless, this does give me a fun idea. 19. Makes me laugh really. All OP had to do was type "Strong" into Nexus search and it's the first mod. Lazy people. EDIT: Oh, sarcasm by the way. Don't want to melt any snowflakes lol. Your commentary was not sarcastic. Really, it's very clearly antagonistic toward the OP and unnecessarily so. In the future, please do not use my posts to justify your need to be a D-Bag. I could say I'm being sarcastic here, too, but that claim would be every bit as false as yours is. See the difference? @Moderators: Please remove this post, and the one above this, as neither his post nor this one contribute anything meaningful to this thread. Thanks.
  20. If nothing else, this would be a fun mod to add for anyone who DOES want to go full raider and just kill everyone. :)
  21. Are you talking about making new settlement mods? Sounds like. Try this: https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/4450545-request-for-a-proofread-of-a-settlement-mod-guide-please/
