Dragonborn DLC Temple of Miraak Quest bug

I have the same bug. I am desperate to find a fix. Help me Nexus Mod Forum, you're our only hope. To clarify I have tried the mission without any mods. Originally I chalked it up to the mod that allows me to actually start in Solstheim, but after removing it I have seen no change.
