I'm not using a mod manager, and I reinstalled ASIS.

Alirght, I'm tearing my hair out. Every time I try to run ASIS, it tells me there a bunch of missing masters, like Cloaks.esp, there's a bunch of them. I use Loot to sort my load order, they're all in the correct order (dependants and patches after mains). All of them are enabled and checked. They work IN GAME just fine. But when I try to run ASIS it says they are missing. I can SEE them in my Data folder, not renamed or broken or anything. What's going on? I had it working before and tried using a merged patch, which is now deleted because it didn't work like I thought, it's not calling for the merged patch but that's when this started.

I'm also having OP's problem. I've noticed a trend in that people tend to have Alternate Start when this happens. Maybe some kind of latent script or something?? Idk
