  1. I didn't care if they were working or not lol, I just wanted some decent looking ones for cosmetics. The working part is just a plus :D I saw this yesterday I think in the hot files, I try to glance over them everyday. But yeah I will probably add this in, it looks well polished. A patch just showed up that now makes Nuclear Weather and Vivid Weathers compatible. I know that was the main reason for you to keep TruStorms, But I have had no complaints about Vivid Weathers, I also like the Nuclear Snowstorms. I'm going to download the patch and see if it works. I'll keep you posted ok let me know. Nuclear Weather is my favorite weather mod

  3. I will keep it all in mind when I do my next update. I don't think I am using most of the mods in that list though. You have currently in your list, that are ones that I have mentioned. They are: Armorsmith Extended (AE) in Step 3 DEF_UI in Step 5 Disregard my comment about Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR) in Step 3, I have since learned, that is just a keyword assignment mod, and will not conflict with anything. It is for the allowment of keyword naming and slot opening for newer keywords to be added. I am slowly building a patch of sorts to try and get these things working with each other, like what was stated by the creators of these mods on their pages. All of the stated said that they would work with each other and some provided a patch in conjunction with said mods. They don't work. Now weather I publish the patch or not, that is another issue in & of itself. After doing what should have been done in the first place, I may say F.O. and let them fix it on their own because I already fixed it for myself. In PMs to me I was told quite a few things that questioned me, my ability & my level of education. And all I did was politely brought to light that there were some keywords & decimal inputs on some of their listed items that were missing with picture proof of the missing keywords & decimal inputs similar to the picture I posted in this thread. And that was just a few lines stated to me. The rest pissed me off to no end. Me, a 45 year old man that has been working on and building computers for friends & family for over 25 years with a 127 I.Q. while currently in rolled for I.T. classes to get an Associate's Degree with Software Programming for a Bachelor's Degree as my next course of classing. Yeah, I'm a dumbass alright. Sorry to vent here, they royally pissed me the f**k off. I'm sorry BadWolf Some people simply cannot handle criticism, don't worry about it. And i'll look into all of it soon.

  5. No problem :D This list is going to look quite different when they release the Theme Park DLC :D I plan on redecorating :D
  6. The Beast Master mod looks pretty cool, but its not something I would personally add to the list because of its complexity and the fact that there are so many options already for companions. It looks cool if you specifically want to ONLY use creatures for companions, but any other time that mod would just be adding extra data to read for no reason. All depends on the playthrough and the player really. Still looks like a very cool, very polished mod. I would put it at the end of the NPC list if I added it. Already gave instructions on the war of the commonwealth, been looking forward to that for a while. The power armor garage looks to be a pretty big mod. If you are a player that plays with power armor a lot, I would imagine it would be a really cool mod to have. I will admit though, that after I kill that first deathclaw in the beginning of the game, I get out of the power armor and never touch it again. I personally find it all very annoying and completely unnecessary in Fallout 4. I would have preferred motorcycles or something like that lol. Looks like a great mod if you like Power Armor though. It will definitely interfere with other power armor mods in my list so you may have to pick between the garage mod or the other power armor mods. I would put this at the end of the NPC list before the mod below. The autopilot armor is a cool and unique idea. But like I said I am not a fan of power armor at all, and I would only use that kind of mod if I specifically wanted to use that as a follower all the time, otherwise its just putting extra data on your load. I would put it at the end of the NPC list. Power Armor delivery seems awesome as well, kind of like Titanfall which was a great game. If you are using Power Armor a lot I imagine that mod doesn't add to much data and would be fine without to much consequence. I would put this first in the Optional Mods. I imagine the Gunner Overhaul will directly interfere with Anodized Black Steel Combat Armor. It could be possible to try installing the gunner overhaul first, and then overwriting all with the anodized armor which in my opinion is a must have. I imagine if it would you would get all the bonuses with only retextures to the armor, which is quite possible. I'll try it when I get around to the next update. So if you installed it try installing it right before anodized in the list. I used to use the companion infinite ammo thing, I can't remember what happened somewhere along the way but I removed it for a reason lol. It would be in the optional though. Anyways, that was fun, feel free to request more if you have any more suggestions.
  7. I'm not sure, it's on my list of mods to add to the list though but they all wont make it. Try it out and let me know please :) I imagine that mod has a 50/50 chance because of how much it adds. Either add it in after leveled spawns, or honestly I would just replace leveled spawns with it to avoid confrontation.
  8. I don't use spring cleaning, I do not trust any mod that lets you scrap things that weren't meant to be scrapped. I don't mind mods that completely clean the entire area by itself as long as those mods are well made, but there have been reset issues and strange holes in the ground in places and all kinds of problems. I just don't trust them. The mods I use that "clean" stuff, actually just remove it before you ever see it. Like annoying bushes and Halloween decorations or garbage and rubblepiles. Load times are affected most by any fogs and clouds in the game, thats why I don't use any of those mods. Most texture mods won't increase load times, they may affect your FPS though. Load times are mainly affected by tons of weapon mods and armor mods and mods that add a lot of big spawning to the game. If you have to many settlement mods you game can even load forever so you have to be careful. If you want your game to run the best, don't put to many mods other than textures and mechanicsin your game. It will have the best load times that way for sure.
  9. Vivid weathers looks good, but when I re-create the list I have quite a few weather mods to decide from. I could use that or I may use what I have so I can still use nuclear weather, that mod is amazing. The dog-meat mods are cool and all but I have seen some really wild robot ones and stuff I might go with. Honestly, most people are playing with the robots they create from the robot station anyways. I like my current grass mod more than the one you posted, just personal preference. The Seasons mod had compatibility issues last time I looked at it, could be fixed by now. I won't know if any of them are compatible until I do an update though.
  10. I never heard of it. I've been away from FO4 for awhile, but thanks for the heads up. I removed it. I haven't purchased Far Harbor yet, going to wait for the theme park expansion so I have tons to do. Just checked out the page to find out what it was about, and it looks like there is a patch update for DLC as of yesterday (the 8th). 2 main files manual download. UPDATE: Forgot to add a new mod that was uploaded yesterday that I think is AWESOME! Power of Atom - FatMan Overhaul by Bagrus: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16223/? Seems like it could easily be considered cheating
  11. I will look into it soon when I re-create the list. I'm sure it is pretty awesome. Have you ever thought about modding a game like Factorio or Starbound?

  13. I am going to put this very simple  Lol. Nexus Mod Manager is my god, and I would do dirty dirty things if it wanted me to. I wouldn't even question it. It's sexy. Bethesda's mod system is like a homeless man in the gutter, offering unwanted dirty advances for cheap fast food, and they don't care whether they get the food or not. Best way I can put it. Sooooo, are you trying to get me to believe that you don't do dirty, dirty things? LOL. But I understand about Bethnet mods. After I came back and did the "Mod Spring Cleaning" on my NMM profile, I also deleted all my save points because I wanted to start fresh. So I got some on Bethnet and OMG the opening didn't even start....hell it was on the Red Rocket Power Armor screen because it was loading........I had to do Task Manager End Task because after 15 minutes it was still loading. I'm running less plugins than before, so it has to be Bethnet mods. BTW, have you Backed Up & shared your NMM profile for others to see on the Nexus website. That would be an easy link add to the beginning post of yours. Not only that, but less editing of the post. After I get rid of the Bethnet mods and hope that they are also on the Nexus (Which I'm sure they are), I will share my link on your thread if that is all right. You can post anything you want pertaining to this list. I don't mind. My personal profile is a little wonky compared to this. When I install I go through this entire process and then I make sure it all works. THEN I go over to the neon wasteland version and add all the mods that aren't already in this list and overwrite everything with that list. THAT list is my baby :D Also keep in mind that you might want to skip the version of darker nights on that neon wastleland list if you want to ever see daylight lol. That mod version takes the day out of the game. It was made for use if you are using the neon wasteland as your core mod theme in order to complement all the glow.
  14. There are a LOT of good mods in this list. https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3642835-ultimate-fallout-4-mod-compilation-100-working-mods-with-installation-instructions/
  15. BIG THANKS to unforbidable for making a special file for the neon wasteland. Neon/Glow really only works in the dark and when the sun comes up it completely wipes out the point of the neon wasteland, seeing all the pretty lights :D Well theres a new file for the Darker Nights mod in the installer now called 24/7 mode and it makes it so it is night-time ALL the time. So you never lose your glowing effects.

  17. I do not know of any at the moment. Hopefully the gaming industry will pull its head of its ass and these great mod authors can actually get their lives back on track. It;s really sad to see what is happening to the modding community right now. Sorry to hear that. Thanks for the quick response. Super Mutant Redux is also hidden. Any alternates? Same author and he makes some really great mods. I actually didn't know these mods were hidden but I definitely will not be playing Fallout 4 until they are back. They are some of the best mods out there. I don't blame him for hiding all of his stuff though until Bethesda fixes their systems. His mods in particular hold a great amount of value.

  19. Thats their own mistake if they want to take it down. A well put together compilation like this one will get players to put more mods in their game, without the fear of crashing. Anyone that doesn't know how to properly mod will put far less in their game, and will have problems I think people are confusing the difference of a person releasing a mod that is a compilation of other peoples mods. Which is frowned upon by Nexus. What is posted here is just a personal view of mods they are using. You still need to download the mod from it's respective author. So there is no theft of personal mod assets. It is just the personal option of one mod user to other mod users. I don't believe there is anything improper about posting your personal options. If it were. There would be no Nexus. if you read further past that comment a moderator explains it all
  20. I am not taking it down, I was angry in the moment. And there are already copycats, I am just waiting for them to build their lists up, spend a bunch of time on it, and then myself and at least 100 others will be reporting the s*** out of it until it's gone, thus wasting their time entirely because that is what they deserve for copying other peoples work. This list will be updated sometime in the future when this new content starts getting released. I don't mind other people attempting to create a project like this, as long as none of my work is taken to feed their work.
