I agree with what you say about music, sometimes it can be innapropriate. Having epic dragon music play when you aggro a mud crab for example.

Skyrim is a game that is very difficult to balance well so I find myself having a huge urge to cheat regularly. I found this especially difficult on my current playthrough where I vowed to never fast travel. Stopping fast travel was easy, I simply adapted and used the carriages. However, since I have deadly dragons installed my dragon encounters were extremely hard to the point where a single breath would vaporise me. Because I had stopped fast travelling I often got sent back more than 35 minutes after being killed, which I felt was completely unfair as I never intended to challenge a dragon of such high caliber. I realise it's called deadly dragons for a reason and it is tweakable but I found the same problem with vanilla dragons, particularly the ones introduced in dawnguard. Luckily I have modded my game to solve the problem is now gone but not everyone wants to spend time figuring out a problem that causes them to cheat. I guess what I'm trying to say is the game really has no limits but the downside is you will have to tweak and mod those limits to your own tastes or you will find yourself cheating to compensate being under/overpowered.
