When I run AP I get only the head,feet and hands for some NPCs. The standard body is gone until the scene is done. Some help would be great. Thanks

When i use AP with some NPCs the body is removed. Just the head, hands and feet remain. The scene plays out as it should but no body. A little help please. Thanks!
