so I was just doing stuff in vortex and also making a merged patch in sse edit when I come back to vortex I notice all of the icons show but not saying dashboard and etc which is weird, I'm unsure if it's something I bumped or something else.

so I've been using this enb for a while and I absolutely love it, I was looking for which enb I was using and it was realism sensation.... when I looked I noticed the enb and user was deleted and I don't know what happened but I'm sad and disappointed. it was a beautiful enb but I'm confused on why it's gone and the user who made it

So ever since I played eso and played through dragon guard dlc I instantly fell in love with Za'ji in that dlc and story, he's cute, funny and etc but when I looked for mods I saw a mod called dagi-rahts and I had high hopes, but those were given away easily as it wasn't the same at all. I really want to make a dagi-raht or maybe even recreate za'ji with a dagi-raht mod. I'd be so happy if we could have a playable dagi-raht race!

so I didn't download any more mods for oldrim, but when I was bored of skyrim se I tried playing oldrim but when I opened it and tried scrolling using up down or w a s d and it didn't work, the only thing that worked was the mouse, everything was fine earlier and now this is happening. I also couldn't even use them in the menu, so if I clicked on something with my mouse like loading a save, I can't press tab, escape or anything, I tried pressing x to delete a save..... NOTHING worked

So I tried to do the timescale cheat and set it to 0 then a few seconds later everything was black, hud and everything shows but I cann't see a thing, it's just a black box, I can even pull out my weapon but I can't see it, I then tried to set timescale to 50 and that didn't work, could someone help please?

no, I use vortex, I got tired of using mod organizer and I used to not be okay with vortex but I'm so used to it now, so I usually stick with vortex. but if I disable it and it works or doesn't, I'll let you, also I did try making a new save too but it did also do the same on a new one

so recently I got a few of horror, weapon mods, and some survival mods and I also got the kelly manor horror quest mod but some reason when I loaded my main character, some of my mods weren't working and I still had some mods working, like easy home builder but when I load that said save, it gives me the kelly manor quest and resets my settings too when I load that save again, could I have some help?

so I just tried playing skyrim again but some of the races have pink faces, the races that have this problem are the woodelf, high elf, nord, orc, darkelf, and imperial. These are the mods I have: xp32 maximum skeleton, unp, sky ui, realistic needs and diseases, realistic ragdolls and force, masculine khajiit and argonian textures, lykaios reborn, hdt physics, fuz ro doh, fnis, flawn's argonians and presets for argonians and lykaios, feminine khajiit textures, death alternative and alternate start, creating a playable race, cbl body, and argonian fins Edit: nvm

Assuming you put every file into the right place, then this is an archive invalidation problem; the same thing happened with me. The problem is that there's a bug in the game that makes it so sometimes it won't use replacement meshes/textures found in the data folder, and instead uses the default ones found in the original .bsa files. To fix it, you need to do one of two things: 1) create an "ArchiveInvalidation.txt" file in your oblivion folder (1 step up from the Data folder), OR use OBMM to do archive alteration. The simplest step is the first so just create a text file in your oblivion folder, name it "ArchiveInvalidation.txt" (without quotes). Open it and paste the following text: meshes/characters/_male/upperbody.nif meshes/characters/_male/lowerbody.nif meshes/characters/_male/hand.nif meshes/characters/_male/foot.nif meshes/clothes/lowerclass/05/m/shoes.nif meshes/clothes/lowerclass/08/m/shoes.nif textures/characters/argonian/male/footmale.dds textures/characters/darkelf/male/footmale.dds textures/characters/dremora/male/footmale.dds textures/characters/imperial/male/footmale.dds textures/characters/imperial/male/groinmale.dds textures/characters/orc/male/footmale.dds textures/characters/darkelf/headdarkelf.dds textures/characters/imperial/headhuman.dds Save it, go into the game and check to see if your character is fully nude (when you remove clothing of course). For a better solution, I suggest the OBMM method since it will work for any mod you use down the line. It doesn't matter if you install mods manually or with OMODs... OBMM can handle it for you. What it does is edit the .bsa files so the game can't find the older default meshes/textures, so it is forced to use the new ones in the data folder. -You may want to back up the original game .bsa files in your data folder. OBMM will edit these and even though it can undo the edits, it is better to be safe than sorry. -Delete the ArchiveInvalidation.txt you created (Oblivion folder, 1 up from the Data folder) -Open OBMM, click on the Utilities button on the right. -Select the "Archive Invalidation" option and a small window pops up. -Check the "BSA Alteration" option at the top (under Mode) -Check Textures and Meshes under the "File types to include", check any other types off. -Make sure "Generate archiveinvalidation entries on hash collision" is checked under "Other options" -Click the "Update now" button. That's it, you can close the pop up window (X at top right corner), however first you may want to check the "Autoupdate on exit" option so that OBMM runs this every time it shuts down, otherwise you will have to use the "Update now" button every time you add a mod that swaps meshes or textures (mods that add new textures/meshes instead of replacing won't have a problem). The earlier Robert's Male Body uploads included the ArchiveInvalidation.txt (you can find it in version 3 for example), and that file would work even after updating to v4 and v5, so maybe some folks have been upgrading all this time and never had the problem. excuse me but I was reading what you said and tried to do the archive validation and copy the texts, which I did but when I went back in the game the underwear was still there but except it was all black

I can load into whiterun but when I enter the outside world it crashes and when I reload the save it crashes

so what I know is that sometimes things get lost textures for some reason and reinstalling that mod with the lost textures fixes them.... what if we have a reinstall all setting in vortex? I think that would be amazing because you wouldn't have to take hours upon hours reinstalling each mod and there would be a much faster way if this recommendation gets added. or not lol found out it's a thing already

Idk why this has been happening I've fixed it so many times just to get the saves to break again. the saves make my character headless, erase all my completed quests, or if I am in another place like bruma or anywhere in the beyond skyrim bruma mod I load that save from where I was it puts me in the riverwood inn not only that when I load that save it says my ini and esp and esm saves aren't activated when they all are.... and somehow it disable skyrim.esm when that's impossible...... and when I quite the game all of the ini files are fine. I don't understand this glitch but it's weird but also kinda bugs me. does anyone know a bug fix for this or something?

There's one that I want I forgot what it's called but the mod when you use spells like flames and frost your hands will be put together to makes a strong spell or using the firebolt spell you can hold down left click to make it stronger. I forgot what mod does this but I love it and it's really useful in many ways. So I have a hard time of finding the mod that makes skyrim unable to launch and I wanted to know if there's a thing that could show me whats causing it or just fix it in general.

So I've been trying to fix my game since yesterday and today and I have mods enabled but somereason when I open skyrim and continue an old save and says I don't have them enabled or don't have them at all when I do. can someone tell me how to fix this? I tried reinstalling them and everything and it wouldn't work
