So do I .. want/need to buy riften, got 32 gold with me.. but can´t, despite the jarl telling me to do so.

I also can´t buy any normal house it seems. my quest progression only would let me buy whiterun and riftne anyway, but it is already very annoying. Gettign a quest to buy the house, including shiny questmarker above the steward, but no option to actually do it.

Same problem here . At first it didn´t bother me too much, since breezehome seems to be suboptimal anyway, and one glitched npc.. ah well, happens. But now I am also to become Thane of Riften, the Jarl tells me to buy a house for it.. but her Steward doesn´t offer me the option. I looked up the price for the house to be 8k gold. I got 32k ,so that can´t be it. I tried unloading all mods but the unofficial patches, as well as unloading even those, to no effect. ( Even took care to leave the keep and come back so that the cell would be loaded fresh, just in case.)

I had the same problem: DUI options not showing up. Now I tried to update it with the newest version, hoping it would help... CTD as soon as the main menu tries to load :( Edit: Ok, I did manage to get it running again... but still no ingame cofig for DUI :( I get the info in the lower left corner, saying I am using DUI, but no options :( Edit II : Suddenl it just popped up after doing the same install routine again..strange :D Now I just need to get the night vision charge meter to work
