For some reason after the hotfix update, my female V now has the 'landing strip' pubic hairline instead of 100% smooth option which I know was my body setting ever since the game started, without the slightest doubt and I've checked back on the dates of all my inventory photomode shots to make sure. It's only just changed this week, since either Hotfix 1.1 or Hotfix 1.12 as I stayed on the original unpatched version of the game until only a few days ago. I've taken out all my mods and it's still changed so they don't appear to be the source but we know that might not be the case if patches have altered how things work. Mods used are TPP Third Person, (which does affect visible body shape) FreeFly, clothing inventory mods, vehicle mods, weather mods (most of which unrelated to avatar body) I can't understand why such a fixed choice feature has changed as I thought body settings were a 'one-off' that you could never edit again after avatar creation stage. It's definitely on my av and was immediately noticeable in the inventory screen. I've loaded saves from well before either Patch and the effect is still changed, and yet this was NOT how it was at those times.. Ok, it's hardly a game breaking disaster, but how does a fundamental avatar setting like this just change out of the blue? Is there yet any mod which allows us to revisit and edit the original game body creation settings? A puzzle...

I have substantially modded the Cyberpunk 2077 game in the last few weeks. Since we now know that Patch 1.1 breaks cyber engine tweaks (game crashes on load) on which all my essential downloaded recent mods rely, is there any way for me NOT to update to 1.1 and simply continue the game with hotfix 1.06 at present? If so how? Can you stop the game updating if you play on Steam (PC)

Mod Request: Transfer all stash items at once
darksharke replied to WhoreOfSkyrim's topic in Cyberpunk 2077's Discussion
I would also like to see the ability to dismantle (Z) items while they are in the stash screen without having to move them one by one to the inventory, and second the request for ability to remotely deposit items you want to retain into your stash from anywhere using the drop points, not just sell them- 3 replies

This would be one of the best mods for someone to create, as the designer who outfitted the NPCs, especially female, was far better and more imaginative than the one who did the player character (V) choices. V's wardrobe is ghastly dull with the exception of some jackets whereas every time I walk the streets I see female NPCs with far more cyberpunk and attractive clothing. It would be good to have some way (as in Skyrim mods) to be able to 'loot/steal/copy' NPC clothing items. However I gather the way it is organised is they have 'sets' not individual items, and the structure of NPC clothing is very differently organised than for V so would not be transferrable, so this may be a difficult mod to ever crack. I know someone has already made a mod where (on a few NPCs) you can 'cycle' the available outfit sets that NPC wears in its rotations, but you cannot grab them for your own avatar. Perhaps what we need is someone with some serious fashion design talent and a talented modder, to work on creating whole new ranges of stunning cyberpunk, adult, imaginative clothing and accessories for V as new items achieved only through fashion mods. Of course this is what CDPR should have done in the first place but clearly they failed miserably on this. V should have better clothing than any NPC and in third person this would be well worth seeing

Problem with that is I tend to rely on seeing those flags while walking/driving around Night City to tell me where there will be some action. These are not on the map, and the 'assault in progress' events soon run out and do not repeat. If the yellow flags were not there you'd be aimlessly wandering around and violent stuff would just take you by total surprise (I see your immersion point there) BUT you would probably miss out on so many 'random' encounters by simply not seeing the markers and thus being able to head over to investigate. I've only really benefited from these markers, so for me, I'd rather keep them.

this stupid teleporting omnipotent cops thing is one of the most annoying features of the game so far

Mod Request: Customizable car paints.
darksharke replied to Warriok's topic in Cyberpunk 2077's Discussion
same with clothing and all items, weapons etc all should have been fully colourable and texture variable, amazing how this is possible in games from previous decades and yet not in this one -
Mod Request: Female Clothing Adjustment
darksharke replied to StormySenpai's topic in Cyberpunk 2077's Discussion
This is avatar 101 and incredible that after 10 years development we ended up with this limited range of creativity and so many imposed control features... why on earth they bothered with even basic AV creation then ignored the whole 3rd person view option is a mystery -
Change Character Appearance after creation
darksharke replied to Id3ntyD's topic in Cyberpunk 2077's Discussion
It's frankly ludicrous that this is not an in-game feature and that the system itself is so limited in choices - why no body sliders, just two chest size options, lacking in a much wider range of body modification areas, vastly inferior even to Skyrim and other games from previous generations... -
Mod Request: More diverse advertising
darksharke replied to Merkhava's topic in Cyberpunk 2077's Discussion
Another truly disappointing generic sludge and lack of creativity; yes look at a magazine rack in the store and it's 3 versions of the same magazine repeated endlessly... all these creative areas were hyped and expected, and in the end the place is beautiful but entirely soulless like a stand up movie set, lacking in depth, limited npc variety, stunted movement cycles, clumsy spawning and 'dead' npcs with no interaction, and virtually no X rated adult content in a city that's supposedly in our future.. I've seen more excitement in RL cities than ever in Night City; it's a thin veneer that could have been so much better -
This whole area is a source of massive disappointment given the hype and the supposedly adult nature of a futuristic cyberpunk city. The game is so vanilla it is embarrassing and interaction (of any type) with NPCs is limited to scripted game progression and missions. The whole thing is dead, and now we have fully clothed club and window dancers after they censored the game even after launch... ridiculous, highly disappointed in so many aspects of this game. What have they been doing in the last 10 years to only have so little interactivity... I guess once Keanu got his hands into this, the whole thing was about him and the content fidelity went down the drain.

Mod request: More realistic Police
darksharke replied to llWFDll's topic in Cyberpunk 2077's Mod Ideas
The whole Police reaction system is just ridiculous right now, they will literally start shooting at you for just being right next to them at times, no reason at all, just proximity. The idea that cops can 'teleport' to you is just stupid. Ok, arrive by car, bike or air is fair enough but I have so many times been attacked by multiple cops for just doing nothing at all, just standing next to an incident or sealed off crime scene, or even a minor traffic bump or going the wrong way down a road by mistake.. does not warrant summary execution by 6 cops appearing out of nowhere it's ruined several missions just being forced off route by this over reactive system The original advertised concept was that police reaction would only be in busy public areas or in direct line of sight and that violence or crime committed in quiet places or deserted areas would ( as in RL) not be seen by cops unless by accident they were there... now you shoot someone in a deserted location and bingo teleporting police... ! nonsense. Also with all the NPCs programmed to make insults and anger on even a tiny street bump, how come you cannot even punch an NPC without being murdered by police? It's a silly system
