Its a mesh problem. Find the meshes for the helm, and one titled skins and move them. DO NOT DELETE in case its not the problem. Hope it helps, certainly fixed mine. -

this is a s#*! storm of lawsuits waiting to happen. The modders that like to paste come other company's content into skyrim and the mod generates money, yeah, you're just pissing on your own shoes with that one Bethesda. and a host of other problems are to follow suit. I just wish this is going to be undone quickly.
