Getting not found on the diagnoser. Anyway i have 15mb (DF, Brazil) , usually my download speed is 1800+ kb/s without caps , in the nexus manager i can't even get close to the 1024 kb/s cap , staying in ~20kb/s , before i tried to download a huge mod (1gb) it was better, a whole 100kb/s ! Even tried the "Dowload fix/tweaks" option in the settings ,without any effect . A few years ago i tried to use the nexus manager in skyrim , the same absurd slow speeds , just dumped it and stayed with what i could get on steamworkshop .
