I've been having trouble with downloads as well, getting about 20kb/s, with drops down below 1kb/s. My internet usually brings in about 20mb/s down, and any place else gives me no problems with downloading things. I tried to download the Diagnoser, but it leads to this http://prntscr.com/7kx240
