I don't see any bug, the landscape of Skyrim is just a giant square and you're so high up there so you can see it in all its glory.
You can use an ENB which has "Mist" feature that will largely hide it from view, like here;

Yes, it's compatible with CoT original night levels, but not with mine... so you should raise ambient and direct light intensities which will probably fix it. Try without weather patch first so you have a good idea how it looks normally before starting to tweak. Should not be too hard to make them compatible.

See if either one comes with an ini file that lets you enable a proxy, then enable that function and link to the other .dll which you have renamed to something like limiter_d3d9.dll

Project ENB doesn't recommend any Night level, actually it's not tuned for Weather Patch NL (I'm author of Weather Patch). So try using it without Weather Patch and then view nights. I have changed how nights look like lighting wise but Project ENB has not adapted to those changes... So not disable the NL plugin, disable the entire weather patch instead... open up game and wait 24h, then check again.
RealVision has adapted to weather patch fully, so it has no problems with the lighting changes at night.

Try another ENB... maybe just wrong settings in ENB config (enbseries.ini or enbeffect.fx) cause it.

RealVision is setup that way... use ENB that has less contrast. RV is a fantasy ENB despite what the name suggests.

So you make nights to turn off your monitor and then complain you get banding. Consumer monitors do not have the Dynamic Range to do such things nicely. Also Skyrim lighting system isn't build for such things. RealVision is much brighter, heck even Project ENB is brighter than your screenshots, so likely you turned down ENB lighting to your taste.
BUT, I don't have banding on your screenshots at all. How about you visit http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/ and calibrate your monitor, pay special attention to black level calibration (0 should be black, 1 should be just a very very very tiny bit brighter) that should help.

Hello,
Just updated to NMM newest version because got error that my version is no longer supported. Skyrim refuses to start after update (no other change). I get to logo screen of Bethesda then CTD without error.
After figuring out what was causing it I figured that the update replaced the load order and somehow enabled a few mods which were previously disabled.
Perhaps its something you should look into...

well its not tagged as adult content, so that cant be it. Also there seems to be no way for an author to check who he blocked and when... another thing I found is that I did block one certain user on 1 of my sites and later found him back at another site of mine, also he uploaded pictures and send PM, while quite sure I blocked him for all... after that I didn't bother anymore with this feature. Sigurd, on bottom site you can find a contact option... perhaps it can be solved from there. You can refer to here if you for some reason appear to be blocked, and hopefully that's enough to unlock.
I have honestly no idea whats going on, youre quite a regular and I see no reason to block you.

@Sigurd44: I haven't blocked you, I don't see any blocklist either... unfortunately I cant see if I accidenytally blocked you but since there are 3 popups for this procedure I doubt it. Perhaps a mod can see this. In any case, you should have access...

Sometimes getting extremely slow download speed from some servers (mainly those London Nx servers) where the speed is 20-60 kb/s ... all other servers work normally. Pause/Resume no change in DL speed, reload no change, can't force NMM not to use some servers where speed is not good for me... downloading the same mod again picks the same server. Download of large mod takes hours... maybe load balancing needs to have a review :o) Been like this now for 2 weeks. I'm located in Hungary and my internet is working fine (your data might show I connect from UK, as my work proxy is located there... but I dont (or hardly ;) ) download from here)

Carefully read the FNIS page for details on how to uninstall it. If you simply removed it then your game is now broken...

ELFX is more cinematic and moody, RLO is more realism... neither influences exterior lighting. For that you need Climates of Tamriel or another weather mod since those do the exterior world.
Either ELFX or RLO + Climates of Tamriel is a good place to start. You cant use more than 1 lighting mod for any given area. So not RLO + ELFX together, eithe rone will do just fine. I have a Climates of Tamriel patch as well, that will add more variation to an already very varied weather mod and fixes some issues with it as well (see signature) for night darkness I have different options available, here you can see some differences: http://imgur.com/a/TwL0y#0
Anyway, goodluck on your venture :smile: you'll likely run into some issues with using mods... start by using a mod manager from start like NMM, and read the pages of the stuff you install, its important (load order, dependancies, compatibilities, etc).

Install lighting mod interior and exterior (eg. Enhanced Lights and Effects + Climates of Tamriel) and;
Use ENB and transform your game into something acceptable :) Easy as that.
For your system, you probably need some performance ENB, but still a hella lot better than vanilla.

what version of Skyrim do you use... latest Steam update?

Take out 1 unstable mod and replace with another 4. Especially Immersive Patrols will patrol the crap out of your save game ;)

Also revamped fog + Cot is not needed (doesn't cause problems though). CoT already revamps fog.

got to be a spell attached to your player.. load a save before you added that mod and see if it's gone.
