    You can try this, put this line in the [camera] section of the skyrim.ini file in mydocument/mygames/skyrim/ edit with notepad fOverShoulderSneakPosZ=50.0000 I like the vanilla one, so I haven't try it, if it's to hight lower the value (0.0000 is the vanilla height).
