  1. So recently I've been goofing around with mods that I've seen a lot and what not and I didn't think I would see potential in me actually using this mod called nanakochan. I think its pretty neat and what not but there's a lot that could be done to make it better and usable, actually usable. 1.) skin colors and skin tones. Right now there's only one skin color that you can use. Which is...weird. Simple skin colors would be amazing. 2.) Default nanakochan hair hat compatibility. The hairstyles that come with the mod, if someone could edit them to sort of "tuck in" and "cut off" when wearing hats, that would be sweet. I think the skeleton compatibility patch for nanakochan already fits various hats to the head (atleast, ive had no issues using hats with the nanakochan mod AND using hairstyles that are hat compatible -- everything looks fine). 3.) the biggest issue and a huge pet peave -- male nanakochan race. I would imagine the simplest way of doing this is by using the same skin texture as female (since its textureless compared to the 8k I was using for realistic characters XD) and simply slapping it onto a male body mesh model. The head could be transferred over and re-used. The issue is that there are no males. And I get that one may not understand why this is an issue -- with the npc replacer, either EVERYONE is a female or all the females look anime and all males look realistic. I think if someone could make some sort of a "patch" mod to fix these issues that would be awesome
  2. So, I have a somewhat sorta dumb question. Firstly, I'm not even sure if technical support is the correct place to post this -- so, sorry to those that will come here only to say "this should've been posted here". So, what graphics settings activate the "wet" look or the material glossy textures (or as i personally like to call them, sub textures cuz of how i like to think) when it is raining? My graphics settings were changed and i liked it. But when I ran the game through steam and then through f4se, they were gone. I fixed just about everything but, those glossy material textures from the rain just -- mmm.... I was truly immersed when i found out about those. plus it adds a nice touch. I almost at the point where i'm tempted to look for a mod that mabye adds more visuals when it rains when looking in third person, but that'll be for another day.
  3. **FIXED** While at first, this comment wasn't helpful at all and seemingly to had repeated after me -- It got me to thinking. I sat back, cooled my head and thought on it. The TL;DR is the Cap mod patch thuggyverse combined patch. This issue never grew from sim settlements. I had assumed so because I was doing settlement stuff and this playthrough I purposely held off on using sim settlements until I finished nuka world and actually found time to go save Garvey. But, when I looked at all of my new mods that differed from my previous playthrough to this one (because I love to test mods and give my opinion) that's when I really got to digging. Granted I had already went through the process of disabling any mods and looking for patches, However -- It hit me that mabye something raider related is conflicted with one of my new mods. The weird part is, for my first raider playthrough you'll be surprised to find out that I didn't put together a bunch of raider mods. But, I keep thinking and thinking so I decided to try any and all patches for the 3 quest mods. Project valkyrie, depravity, and outcast remnants. At this point, I was under a strong impression that, it must be a quest mod or something that may be adding some corrupted mesh to that area causing assets to go missing. I tried disabling project Valkyrie (was one of the first things I tried honestly) and then outcast and remnants. After a while I came back to look over JimmyRjump's comment, trying to figure out as to why he would say something so obvious. It then it hit me -- I never thought about clothes. But, I didn't and hadn't and probably won't ever change raiders clothes. However, I would wear raider clothes. So, with this I immediately went straight to crime and punishment's page in hopes of finding it had more than just one file to download. And, there it was I found a compatibility patch posted by that mod author for Crime and punishment (CAP), depravity, project Valkyrie, and outcast and remnants to become compatible. I downloaded, thought to myself "wouldn't hurt to try", loaded the game, and teleported over to backstreet apparel (that one raider place near hangman alley where all the oberland station settlers get kidnapped to -- I think its called backstreet apparel). Now, because backstreet apparel is so close to hangman's alley, it is well within a mental circle I made from all my testings where I would CTD when going towards hangman's alley. So, with that being said. I would have crashed (like the last million times) if I had tried to go there -- period! I managed to get to backstreet apparel, so I pushed it further -- eventually FINALLY DISCOVERING HANGMAN'S ALLEY, KILLING THOSE RAIDER FKBOIIIS AND ATTAINING THE SETTLEMENT FOR THE TRILLIONTH TIME!! I then decided to push it further. Exit save, reloaded game, no issues then. I left hangman's alley on foot and by teleporting to sanctuary -- both times, came back -- no issues. I decided that next I would come in from different angles, different directions -- no issues. I'm -- for now -- going to assume this fixed it. And a lesson I hadn't even considered. No matter the mod, look for compatibility patches. Cuz fk this absolutely suked a$$. At anyrate, thank you JimmyRJump. I needed to take a step back and look at everything on a much broader plain to figure this one out. Link to crime and punishment's page for the patch - CAP (Crime and punishment) by Joerqc : https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42857?tab=files The patch is located under files, near the bottom
  4. **FIXED** [EDIT] - After trying my damnest to get some sleep and not being able to and then watching youtube and Netflix for a little bit -- I don't know if I mentioned this anywhere in the post but I did indeed verify files and stuff. That did not work. I also took the liberty of adding more spoiler tags I'm going to make this short and sweet because I've been dealing with this since yesterday roughly around 5:46 AM and right now it is 5:55 AM and I'm honestly tired. Just going to avoid diamond city/ hangman's alley for now. So, this here is my original comment: POST UPDATED moments later when heading towards hangsman alley from the police station where danse is at: Since my last update I have: -disabled project Valkyrie plugin which fixed a few errors-Removed the flagon player home office .esl which greatly helped. to my surprise its one of those rare .esl's that causes issues.-disabled singing settler which fixed what I still assume to be an incompatibility issue with singing settlers and sim settlements. I still have plans to re-enable singing settlers (I've used it in almost all of my settlements, where as sim settlements I've used for 4 settlements for my raider playthrough so far. So pretty easy for me to weigh which one is more important.)-Disabled the new minutemen squads mod which I've saved for my encounter with garvey under the assumption I would still get minutemen quests. Doing this fixed nothing for me.( I assumed it was this mod due to me having a minutemen quest which sends me to hangmans alley. I deployed a squad there while I went and did greygarden's quest.)- I have also downloaded the Rotc complex city plans optional file which fixed a butt load of errors for me that were showing up in papyrus logs. Right now there are only 3 mods to obviously suspect. Minutemen squads which I spoke of. the flagon player home which I spoke of. and project Valkyrie. All three of these mods adds a world space location to the hangman's alley area OR alters it.-sending a squad to a minutemen quest location (in this particular scenario, hangsman alley) will basically complete the quest and remove all enemies.- the flagon home adds in a new building to the world space where the player character can attain as a home. very useful on paper if you like the diamond city area and you don't quite have 2,000 caps yet for the home plate. And also, for my particular situation, if you're using CAP and you might have a bounty on you and need a place to hide out at for a while that ISN'T in a city full of patrols.-And then lastly, project Valkyrie which adds in Valkyrie's apartment to that area. The reason I suspect this mod isn't just because of that, I accidentally took her key, which for some reason you're not suppose to, while cleaning her inventory in Nuka- world. There's no real evidence that this may be the cause, mostly because I'm still CTD'ing, because the only thing implying that you're not suppose to take her key is literally the key's name itself. And you can't give it back to her. Literally the key's name is "Valkyrie's apartment key (don't take me)" . So....yea. As of right now my only lead to fixing this problem is getting rid of sim settlements itself. A recent save game without the mod's plugins enabled and then re-enable them? Also, with all of this being said -- it may be worthe mentioning that this *was* a fresh clean playthrough. In other words I didn't download any new mods excluding the rotc complex city plans optional files which fixed a good bit of issues that were showing in logs. Now, as of recently -- this here is the papyrus logs I am getting. And Yes I mostly literally just copied the entire log and pasted it. Typically, I focus on the last few lines of the log. Now, the thing is. I hadn't had an issue with hangmans alley....ever. It was this playthrough where I wanted to do a raider playthrough where I did have an issue. And all of that is explained above all the papyrus logs.
  5. Firstly, I did look on the wiki and I searched the net and found no answer to this. Secondly, due to the reddit post I saw -- I don't care about the free fall boots, i'm asking about an armor mod that you can basically build at the beginning of the game not some legendary equipment that you'll be able to get roughly in mid to end game without the use of console commands. So, this isn't my first time setting up an armor set to give me basically no fall damage whatsoever no matter how high I fall. I like to do this once i'm able to build the cross jetpack from the cross jetpack mod to have a true aerial combatant feel every now and then. But, I'm currently comparing one of the leg pieces I set up with the perk I got from a companion from a mod to give me a better judgement on something I'm deciding on. So, How much fall damage reduction does the cushioned armor upgrade actually gives you by itself?
  6. So..... my first raider playthrough....... I'm not done with it yet, mostly because I've been screwing around and blowing stuff up. That and because I finally got sim settlements to work thanks to the video the mod author put up so I'm FINALLY able to experience it.... and now I love it just like everyone else. Deff would recommend it --BUT. I have a few thoughts I wanted to put out there, since.... I love the thought of a raider playthrough.. I REALLY REALLY DO. I've always wanted to do one cuz of the desciples. Now, a raider playthrough.... so far has seem like a real waste of time. I'm not joking, I had to download....... This mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/36989 To not waste my entire Nuka world DLC..... and even then I'm not comfortable having that open season quest in my quest log... So, with all that being said -- this is more of a question than anything else. And I want to state something real quick that's going to lead into said question. I was indeed able to clear and attain the castle before actually doing any minutemen quests -- Heck I still hadn't finished the literal very first one where you talk to a random settlement and do a random quest for them (mine was Somerville, kill raiders at that one sunken city). I don't know if this will cause a bug or special dialogue in the future, I literally just did it for shyts and giggles while I just so happen to be in that area. Now, the question is, if you already have food, water, housed beds, or electricity -- is there a mod where you can tell preston to get tf out of sanctuary if you're already a raider due to affiliation from the Nuka - world DLC? Becaaause, Todd wouldn't like me in this game. The way preston raised his voice at me in concord then tried to flex in sanctuary like he owns MY place -- nah fam, I would've shot him before he stepped foot outside in concord. And Mercy too. Ontop of that, is there a mod that will let me have the option to take the castle for my raider gangs from Nuka - world? Cuz I would looove that. Just absolutely tossing Garvey into despair. No more minutemen head - quarters, its Desciples now. Or operators..... I killed the pack, screw those clowns I hated Ronald McDonald anyways. Its all about the burger thief. Now, I do have project Valkyrie. I'm not gonna talk about that mod yet and not in this post anyways. This is my first playthrough with project Valkyrie also annnd…. so far it seems like a complete waste of time. But I'm still figuring it out and doing its....missions? I just dunno how any of it ties into the main story line and allows me to have garvey executed and all that YET. So, yeah. But if there are other mods that can atleast let me do those two things (kick garvey out of sanctuary [hopefully with some dialogue with me saying something like "if you don't like it, leave my town"] and give a raider gang the castle.).
  7. I'm still using AFT lol. I also read your comment above. First, I wanna apologize, I hadn't been on the forums since my last post prior. I was prepping for my raider playthrough, re-exporting all of my settlements and fixing my settlement list to order them in which ones I would most likely get. (i.e. 1.)sanctuary,2.)red rocket, 3.) tenpins bluff, 4.) zemonja, and so on.) So that took a long time due to me building each and every one of my settlements up from the ground and them being roughly 800-1,000 objects at minimal and my largest settlements (sanctuary, the castle, and spectacle island) being nearly or over 3,000 objects. So, with that being said, I didn't know aft can do the same thing as uhh no negative affinity lmao. You just saved me a mod slot I think, that is if the mod is a .esp, I'm almost certain it is. Annnd I didn't know Zoey is aligned with the minutemen. I did have the option to recruit her during our first chat, but like I said I wanted to wait after concord was cleared since I already had Valkyrie with me. So, I think what I'll probably do is do a few misc minutemen quests and then go back. Doing this also helps me test out another mod -- a very new one in fact. Minutemen Radiant squads: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/44355?tab=posts You can see in the comment section where I asked about it and what not. So yeah these two tests will be very interesting once I log back onto fallout 4 here in a minute
  8. I just went to concord to get Zoey. Firstly, I'm taking the time to do my first raider playthrough so I went to Nuka world at lv 20. Not only that, so far I have successfully dedicated myself to not cheating (i.e. using exp explorer to get more ammo or tossing legendaries on my weapons that I use from playthrough to playthrough and giving them truly unique names). SO -- that's why it took me so long. Honestly much more fun and its hella tough. I've been abusing the absolute fk out of the take cover mod though. At anyrate, when I did that DLC completely this time (I usually just kill all the gangs and go to every park), I went to concord. Since I already had Valkyrie with me from the project Valkyrie mod that I am testing to drop a compliment on that -- I spoke to Zoey, tried to ask her a question. There were no dialogues and we just stared at each other. Then I just decided to go ahead and clear concord and come back for Zoey. When I did that, I tried to speak with her and nothing happened... I can't recruit her or enter a chat with her :v. Have you encountered this issue before?
  9. Firstly, thank you for the image there. I never considered that shockingly enough so I've added spoiler tags where I thought they would fit. Secondly, I think I've seen the captionnoobs companions before I think I'll try it out in a future playthrough. And also I reaaally wanna try out that nora one buuut I normally play nora and while I don't genially care about my char's gender, I just don't want to be walking around with a clone of myself ya know lol. Annd lastly, I actually use the no negative affinity and cooldown mod -- its a tiny mod that even I forget about at times. For me, personally, I've had no issues with it. Its fantastic. Currently I'm trying to think of alternatives and i'm sure there's plenty. I think you can force a companions affinity with AFT (I'm not entirely sure due to me mostly using AFT to get companions to change their home, pick up all loot/junk in the area, or having them fetch my power armor [which essentially teleports your last used power armor to you]). But I am certain you can do that with M.C.G, however -- for one, its an adult mod so if you're ok with adult mods then that's an option. And secondly, if the companion has affinity stage quests it will simply boost it to the affinity amount for the quest, in which case after completing the quest then you'll have to boost the affinity again -- which, for me, that's not an issue for me, in fact it's only logical. Also, I may just have to try out that Zoey one immediately due to where IT SEEMS you find her. For a bare bone companion, just that actually seems pleasing to me XD plus -- an extra gun. Thank you
  10. I remember posting this topic a while back and someone did answer to this issue. However I have yet to actually figure it out myself. Basically, the hood on the hooded rags is not rigged correctly. It should be rigged to the skull/head bone point but instead it is rigged to the chest bone point. If anyone knows how to and care to put *detailed* instructions please help me. Or if you have a *FIXED* file of the hooded rags for ATOMIC BEAUTY then that would be much appreciated as well. Thank you :)
  11. I keep seeing that, i'll deff try buttons on for my next playthrough. Had never heard of Ellen also
  12. I also have no clue how to input a spoiler box. I just type, press enter, and then go back to playing a game or watching a youtube video LOL With "[ spoiler]" before and behind a text. The last one needs also a "/" before spolier and of course without the spacebar. Thank you for the info. I mean, the entire discussion has had a spoiler tag on it from the get go so -- if you come here expecting to not see spoilers.... well that's on you. I even put a warning in the beginning of the original version of the topic.
  13. I also have no clue how to input a spoiler box. I just type, press enter, and then go back to playing a game or watching a youtube video LOL
  14. The entire discussion is labelled as a spoiler -- so... there's that. But yes!! I will go ahead and do something for companion names to make it easier, thank you
  15. Pickle from baki as a Nate preset.
  16. [EDITED: I have added spoilers tags to this post where there are large paragraphs to read. Thank you stormwolf01 and taryl80] So, if any of you might know, I've been trying out and rating companion mods this past month. I've tried as many as I could that I found interesting and ones I might actually keep as stable mods. With all of them being what they are, I thought it would be interesting to put out a discussion about them. That and I was pushed to from discord. Please be aware this MIGHT contain spoilers -- no, nevermind -- this WILL contain spoilers. I'm gonna let my fingers fly now. Heather by llamaRCA - 1.)my only real issue is that she requests large sums of some things that are kinda hard to come by. But its deffinetely not a complaint at all. 9.59293010110011001100 11/10 Nat companion by JonnyDotNet - I kinda did like this one -- well still do. This one here is another one of those staple mods for me for one reason and one reason only. Kratos and Atreus. Seriously though, if you like piper then this may be interesting to have. I personally feel like I'm playing god of war when i give nat an explosive hunting rifle or a plasma infused automatic. Its a very interesting concept -- it truly is. Now, with that being said -- she has a vanilla follower AI. So its like Kratos and Atreus.... and Piper... bootleg edition. 8/10 The Machine and Her by NikaCola - Kratos and Atreus Golden Edition Prime release. All I can say is -- try this one out. There's no ands, ors, or buts about it. I literally don't wanna say too much about this because this is one of those mods that deserve to not be spoiled too too much even when attempting to rate it. Just -- Kratos and Atreus, Golden Edition Prime release -- supa prime release. 9/10 Darlene by GePalladium - it's over 9,000/10 Now this next one I personally didn't use BUT I did enough research on it and what not to atleast put it in this topic as this is a discussion on companions. Nora Spouse Companion by HouseVariable - Now, I can't recommend this one because like I said I hadn't tried it. But I have been VERY interested in it and wondering how it will change the game in terms of what is said and etc. etc. If anyone has tried this mod, please share your thoughts below. Now, for this last companion -- I am going to go VERY in debt about it. If any of you know what this is all about, you've probably been waiting for me to talk about this companion mod right hawr. I'll try me absolute best to chop it up and shorten it all. Companion Ivy by someone I don't want to mention because he will literally get harrassed by a horde - Do bear in mind there are bugs that can occur when using AFT alongside this companion mod.... or well, SUPPOSEDLY. I did a playthrough with AFT (cuz its a stable mod for me.) and without any AFT files (in otherwords I didn't just disable the mod I deleted it entirely) present. For me, personally, my experience did not change. Now, how did I do these playthroughs so fast? It literally takes about a day in real life to do the storyline and that's IF you're like me and you're honestly more focused and making your settlements purty but you also kinda wanna hurry and get the quests done aaand you have a 1080 HD. Typically, I do the main storyline and then the rest of my actual playthrough is me working on settlements and then me destroying the brotherhood, then DLC's or vice versa. So, for this I'll start off with things that are amazing about Ivy. 1.) The quest you do for Ivy that puts you into a fallout 4's skyrim dungeon. The only downside is that -- there's a lot of tiny objects that are utterly useless after the quest that you gotta pick up in the dungeon... and its stupid dark. The dungeon being stupidly dark isn't a bad thing -- its great, give my flashlight attachments a purpose -- thank you. the tiny objects... ok... cool. LOTS OF TINY OBJECTS, come tf on... alright. 2.) Her hyper combat. She will literally NEVER use this after like the first day or two travelling with her AFTER you finally get this unlocked. But it is very cool -- or well... *was*. Now, for this next part I will not only be truly honest but I will state things that are.... unsettling. However, I must first mention that Ivy is an ADULT companion. She is not available on the nexus and i'm pretty sure if she was ever put there regina-- PERSON would get banned. She is available on a website that shall not be mentioned as MXR would say. Lastly, each one of these reasons is not to start a band wagon. Remember all of this is my personal opinion -- well some things are factual but you get what I mean. This is also NOT to MAKE or FORCE an opinion on the companion Ivy mod. 1.) 2.) Ivy never shuts up even after tinkering with her settings so she talks less. This obviously refers back to number 1. She just never shuts up. Granted some things she say is actually kinda hilarious. Me, personally when she goes flame-on on danse -- absolutely fkin incredible. I don't think any companion made me laugh that much besides Darlene when you shoot a ragstag near her. So, there's a positive and a negative to this one. Sometimes she MAY say something kinda funny. But most of the time I just want to put a bullet between Ivy's eyes due to her MOSTLY talking about sexual activity as we are casually having mini - nukes fly past our heads with a couple .38 rounds! 3.) I've already stated this, but she never uses Hyper combat. I've stated the thing I hate about it -- which is her never using it. But I don't think I said that is was kinda fkin awesome. It is. It's pretty cool, although the only motive to keep her installed.....and she never uses it. 4.) Her AI. Now, due to the nature of this point. This automatically goes back to not using AFT with Ivy. AFT is, I believe, not open source so the mod author physically cannot intergrate Ivy into it or provide a compatibility patch for it. So, if you're experiencing bugs and you got AFT enabled... well... yeah. Now...the funny part is.... Her AI is genially.... terrible. And I know its a mod, I shouldn't be judging it this harshly especially on a topic of companion AI but.... With and without AFT Ivy tends to do.... very dumb things that you will immediately notice and it will immediately piss you off IF YOU ARE DOING A STEALTH BUILD on your sole survivor. Me, I naturally play stealthy. Stealth to me is like... my bread and butter -- you won't find no better ninja here. But me with Ivy.... Well, if you're the enemy -- she will go out of her way to make you notice her. In which case, you will find me too. I've had so many more issues with Ivy and playing stealthy, I don't even know where to properly begin. Outside of playing stealthily and just running and gunning - Ivy's AI is perfectly amazing. But woo boy. Just makes me wanna choke a bish. 5.) The mod author of Ivy, stated that Ivy is much more than another s*xbot companion. But I kid you not, that is literally the only way to explain what she is in one phrase or word. S*x is all that she talks about LITERALLY. And I'll get more into that in a bit as to why this is a downside. Even after you've romanced her, she continues to prostitute -- and yes she literally does that which -- that shouldn't even be a feature if she's a companion let alone one that you've romanced. Prior to meeting you, cool it adds to her background. But is it morally right to sell your body if you're in a relationship with someone? What's the excuse? tough times? She's lacking morale. 6.) Ivy is not in the slightest bit lore friendly. Raiders harrassing her family in a story about her past and her becoming a raider boss -- that's about it. But the way Ivy is created.... and just her almost entirely is completely lacking logic and lore. I shyt you not, it is one of those half a$$ed stories where the author makes the institute into some hoodini magician. There's no logic in her story and even after just letting it fly and just going with it, there's a lot left out. And I know this may sound bias -- it is -- and also harsh -- it is. Remember what I said, this is completely personal here and this is just a discussion. 7.) Now.... Ivy is suppose to be a fked up raider...who is "spliced" with a s*xbot. Now, outside of how Ivy was made into what she is -- her back story on her raider life and how she became a raider -- fantastic. good. now that I think about it. But as I said prior -- becoming part "synth" -- first off, how does it change from her being part s*xbot to part synth to part courser. I know coursers ARE synths but when you say synth you're thinking "chrome domes". But when you say courser you're thinking "let me get my stimpaks brb time out". And when you're thinking s*xbot ,me personally, "morning pelvis pain". Now, with all of this being said -- She doesn't seem to be part raider AT ALL. There's part of her back story... and that's it. Other than that, like I said before -- a little bit too much focus on one thing. And with this being said I should mention that this IS an adult mod. Obviously I have no gripe about using adult mods. 8.) In terms of being lore friendly, my biggest thing is -- why does she talk about the avengers? I mean she says MANY things that are not lore friendly or immersive. But this is the biggest one. Don't get me wrong I like the avengers. Some good movies. But....is it really lore friendly? No. Atleast not without some institute bs magic tricks. What can you say? The institute built some universe travelling divice allowing one to visit different realities? Knowing full well even the institute can't do that in the current time line that the sole survivor is in considering the fact that they are literally in need of resources such as "electricity", hence forth father's literal last gift to the institute. TL;DR Every point to Ivy is basically a double edged sword. There's SOME good things but there's ALOT of questionable things as well or bad things. ???/10 Now, I'm gonna get off of that topic because... there's just a lot that I personally don't sit well with. I'm completely down with modding a game the way you want, hence the reason why I stated in the beginning none of this is to start a band wagon or anything. All of this is completely personal and just to start discussions. So, with that said I want to state two mods that I absolutely love using with companions. AFT (Amazing follower tweaks) by Dheuster - 10/10 M.C.G by anghelos92 - 10/10 And I do want to leave an honorable mention. This mod isn't bad, and its available on the nexus. Its a simple mod that seems to effect all vanilla companions (though I've only tested this extensively with piper and curie). Combat Style Cait by Isclon - To sum this up. It makes cait's combat AI literally the most ideal combat AI you could ever hope for. She adapts -- TRULY -- adapts to her situations. Like... literally. Giv'er a sniper, an AR, a pistol, a shotty hotty, and a knife. She will use em all before the skirmish is over with. This is one of those small hidden treasures on the nexus. One that I would recommend if you like to hang with cait. 10/10 So, with all this being typed up -- I'm wondering if there are any other supposed triple AAA companion mods that I missed. If so -- please, tell me about em so I can try em out for myself and test em out. Oh and if you hadn't noticed, most of these are HIGHLY recommended companions hence the reason I've went back and endorsed some of them. Left posts and etc.
  17. I'm just wondering but has anyone even started converting the vtaw wardrobe 5 for atomic beauty?
  18. coming back to this post -- i do know of the any mod any weapon mod but the way it works is a bit iffy. i've only managed to get its features to work on a syringe rifle.
  19. So for a looong time i've always had just a tiny little.... problem with the laser musket. I've tried looking around for a solution but could neve quite find one. At anyrate, is there a mod for the laser musket that will allow it to use stocks from the laser rifle?
  20. I've recently started aiming to make fallout 4 all winter-y and the issue I'm having is the ground around me is still vanilla, but off in the background the ground fades to the snowy ground texture from the mod. This is a new playthrough as well. The mods I've tried are: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5810?tab=description and https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28665
  21. now that the feet are gone, just gotta get fingers to appear on the gloves x-x but other than that, its looking decent.
  22. thank you very much! with this knowledge, doing conversions will be much easier!
  23. I've been practicing with outfit conversions for awhile now, and have been getting pretty good at making outfits look nice and proper with atomic beauty. With that being said there's still one thing I can't figure out -- the feet with atomic beauty body. When it comes to outfits that have high heels, I can't get the feet to disappear. There aren't any video tutorials on this issue either (atleast none that I've come across, and please do not link videos as response 9/10 it is going to be 15-20 minutes waste of my time with no answer to this in the video.). If anyone knows how to do this, please give a quick instruction guide. My next project will be TheKite's combat zone stripper outfit by thekite, as I have made red rocket a true wasteland trading center in my play through and this will be one of the final touches to it. thank you
  24. -POSSIBLE FIX- was about to start on my second actual play through, where i plan on working on the brotherhood of steel more (i reaaaallly wanna see what this liberty prime looks like) and I decided to take the time to fix my third person issue. Previously I said fk it -- i can still use melee in first person. But then it broke further to where I couldn't even use it in first person. After awhile I managed to fix it to where I could use it in first person and decided to play the game. As I said before, this time around I wanted to take the time and find my issue. In my last playthrough it wasn't until I couldn't use melee in 3rd person -- where I realized just how often I use melee, which is ALOT. And using it in first person isn't desirable for me. After some tinkering, I narrowed it down to a plugin in my load order -- for me it was the C21 saya rifle. Now, I'm not saying that it is this weapon mod in particular that caused this. If you're a vortex user like me, one of two things may have happened when I installed this mod. It installed incorrectly (granted I used the weapon a fk ton in game and it worked just fine) OR when installing the mod -- there's uhh... a compatibility issue. What I mean is, you have to choose which mod loads before the other -- it normally shows a recommended, in rare cases where you're following the installation instructions you wouldn't select what vortex recommended (i.e. -- before, after, or never together with this weapon mod or that weapon mod.) In short, I'm lead to believe that it was a compatibility issue with another weapon mod that I previously installed (or well before I installed the c21 when I had first posted this.) This issue COULD possibly develop from other weapon mods when using vortex -- note, all of this is assumption -- rather said, I expect it to happen with other weapon mods when using vortex, especially because I have LOTS of weapon mods. Most of which I kinda cleaned up cuz I found myself not really using a bunch of em until I want to fk around and do crazy shii -- but still -- had alot of weapon mods. many thanks to StormWolf01 for helping me with this issue and others.
  25. so here i am, playing fallout 4. a settler asked me to smoke a cig with her so i did (m.c.g) and it just dawned onto me that there isn't a single mod that adds in cigarette, cigar, etc. plants. and by "plants" i mean plants as in tobacco plants, plantations, and facilities that make cigarettes. Ontop of that there isn't a cigarette making "workbench" job thing for settlers to earn some extra caps on the side for your settlement -- hell a tobacco store would be fitting..... "propane and propane accessories". Could supply the commonwealth with a simple luxury for some caps >__>. I'm actually shocked, you could be swimming in caps if you controlled the tobacco market in the commonwealth. You know how many npcs use the cigarette idle animation?! Myself included when I'm afk
