I kinda do it, I use FWE and play with a gamepad. FWE adds extra stuff such as Sprinting and Bullet time, which require you to hot key these to a keyboard. So while playing I can walk around using my controller just fine, then hit the keyboard for all the extra stuff. The program I use it MotionJoy, Some people dont like it because it requires you to be online to use it, and sometimes when you install the driver it launchs your internet browser and puts up a asian website, so some people think its a virus. Ive been using it for 2 years and my computers been fine. Google it if your worried about it

Im having a issue with my player animation in 1st person mode. When ever I draw my gun he does it once then draws it the second time. it takes half a second so its not really that much of a issue, but it annoys the HELL out of me. Is there anything I can do to change that?

What exactly are you looking for? More variety of weapons? Making the Capital wasteland look better? better gameplay?

Its better to do a cutom one so that it doesn't get banned. I see, So I would like to ask anyone with modding experience , How difficult would it be to make this myself? I know it wont be a cake walk, but Im asking if this is even possible.

Well basically im looking for someone to make Solidus Snake's Exo Suit in to a armor In Fallout 3. The tentacles dont really matter, since I know that could prove a little difficult but the suit would be awesome. Also if your feeling ambitious I would LOVE to see a Solid Snake sneak Suit (MGS2) and Liquid Snakes Duster created as well. But for now the Solidus Snake Exo suit is the main focus.
