I would like to know how to make a heightmap of a real place? it's for Fallout NV. so if anyone knows can you please help?

I also forgot to add that i am a memeber of the Beyond Skyrim team. I am one of their modellers and level designers.

As the name suggests it will be set in bBritain The main city we are planning to make into the game is Coventry, the current teams home town. The main Idea is that there will be three warring factions. England, Scotland and Wales. And Coventry being in the Midlands would be good for that. At the moment we consist of a team of four. You go to the tools section in steam in the drop down list under library and it's there.

When i make a Model and i put it though NifUtilsSuite for chunk merge the Collision is upside down and off centre as you can see in the link below. I can't seem to be able to fix it. I was thinking of starting this project called Fallout: United Kindom (name subject to change). Basiclly it is fallout but based in UK. The only lore about the UK is "No details are known about the state of the British Isles after the Great War." This leaves alot of room for making things up. I plan to do this project after Trafia when many of my skills, such as Modelling has improved. please if you have any ideas to add, feel free, since there is not much lore it's all up to us to make it. So please discuss ideas and if anyone wants to join the team feel free, we are a team of two atm.

i hope this is the right place. I have been using the CK for a while, working with Beyond Skyrim using the CK has became quite important to me. My problem is that i open the CK and it loads but it doesn't crash, it just sits in the taskbar not doing anything. you have to install NMM from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/modmanager/? Then when you tell ii what games you have, it should do this automatically, then open it, then tick the boxes of the things you want activated. there is no need to say sorry, we were all there once.

i'm not quite sure what you mean, but another way around it is using the NMM, then you don't have to worry about the launcher.

are you trying to launch the 'skyrim launcher' becasue that takes you into game. you have to open the one called TESV.exe.

okay, i can do that, though LOD is not really that important atm.

Basically endorsements are when people like your mod and so they endorse it so people will have more of a chance of looking at it, i myself haven't received any, but they is understandable since it's still in early development. Also modding is fun, it may sometimes be hard but overall it is fun, it does take up a lot of your time as i have discovered, but i know i have to take breaks like i am not modding this week.

My first mod in the CK was a cave, but as i grew better i just kept on expanding it, making it large and across multiple cells. My top tip is Keep on saving, Ctrl+S will be your best friend.

Go for legendary edition, it has all the dlcs, which you have to pay for, you can not get them here or anywhere else legally without paying

Well, about the Shivering Isles mod, i am working on something along those lines. I will be only using skyrim assets (unless a modeler could help) but i know who to re-texture. the main idea is a land split into two, insane and sane. the king ,some people say, is possessed by sheograth himself, i will finish it, but i don't know how long it will take maybe it will be ready mid 2014.

These are some ideas i thought for the mod, if you have any, please post and i will see if i could add it. The insane king of Trafia is as the name states insane. No one knows how long he was like this but all they know was his parents feared him as a child and they thought than they had the child of Sheogorath even though it was unsure if the Daebric princes could reproduce. Ever since a young age the king was obsessed with cheese. Declaring a law for each city to havea cheese market. His motto is “today is a good day to eat cheese”. There is an orc that thinks he is a kajieet(idea from Morrowind, his name was Ra'Gruzgob) There is a sort of war between the insane people and the sane people. I don’t know how serious it is yet but it is like the civil war from mainland skyrim. The kajiet and the argonians are not discriminated against in trafia, everyone is treated equal, there are no thalmor and talos worship is still aloud but the insane people are sheogorath worshipers as well, the sane people consist of various deabra worship, including they evil person. There is a fighters guild and mages guild in trafia, along with an assassins guild (name not yet decided) and a thieves guild. the reason some of the people are insane is because sheogorath came down to trafia in his whole form and was only visible to the cheese-lovers (thank you DoúlosTheoú)
