Honestly, I have probably remodded skyrim about 9 times since I had it and all have used diffferent configs. I am just saying, is it normal in stock skyrim for there to be SOME areas of FPS drop? and I have gotten this framerate with different enbs as well. I am basically trying to figure out if it is just the game limiting me. I will run another Performance thing for a different result.

The stutters happen when for example, I go on top of a hill and see a whole different area. And I went to an area where I get 49 frames, turned enb off, went to 60. No, it is not Kevin Van Nord, I just created that guy.

Well, we all know that Skyrim alone also is not the most optimized game......and would you happen to know how to reduce stuttering when loading in new terrain?

So just accept it? I am the type of person that needs constant reinforcement to be satisfied

No. Look at specs in first post to see which model. I have to turn my fans around because my cards are having no cool air pushed on them which would not happen if I turned around the fans. These cards are safe up till 105 degrees...my clocks are normal however...

I have tried playing with and without sli...minimal difference. Any more ideas?
