So is this framerate normal?

It might not be ur rig. U have to take into mind that I have 2 980 tis u have one if i was getting better frames thats why.

Alright. So i tested ur settings, I gained 10 fps. If you can, can I see the type of mods you have installed..like your fps hitting ones? And thank you btw.

I am assuming it runs better at 4k because it uses the gpu more?

It says in vanilla that strong rigs drop in certain places no matter what. So no, I AM NOT TROLLING!

But I get similar framerates in vanilla as well

So basically you are saying that I should not expect this much from a game like this? And also the newer the card, the less well it normally run an older game. For example I can only get 90 fps in Payday 2

Ok. But look at my rig...is that really not enough to run this thing? One of my friends also has got a similar system. He faces FPS loss around whiterun, but in other parts of the map he can easily reach 60 FPS... So i guess its based on the location.. So is it really the game being a b&@*$ to the human race?
