  1. BlueGunk, If you're selecting the import function on the bottom then that's your problem. The solution is to click the Load Button, select the activate button and presto your mod is installed (FYI just figured this out myself). Now when you try to activate the mod you will probably have conflicts with the mod this is because your zipped file probably has the .bsa, esp & or .esm all clupmed together. It tries to resolve itself but it can't because when you import the zipped file (.7z, .ZIP, .RAR) instead of LOADING (what you should've done in the first place(NO MANUAL!!!)) it looks at the archive in its entirety as well as looking at the .bsa file (the .bsa file will appear as unknown like this: WSBP.bsa.unknwon) So the problem with that is it is confused and needs HUMAN input (not automated) to select the correct file ( .7z, .zip, .rar, etc) 10/23/13 - NEW INFO: It might be that you actually need to select the uknown file
  2. Of course i would want to do this. Also thinking of how dual wiled guns in MW3 worked Less Accuracy but Higher Damage kinda thing so no one could use two rifles. probably dual melee (nothing absurd like dual bumper swords), dual pistol, dual smg, and dual shot guns like in MW2 (Model 1887). I will never release cheat/god weapons that will have my duel wield functionality like 2 fat mans or 2 red glares the reason being is because it is not feasible. A BIG MAYBE: create a way for the weapons to rest when their holstered, drop holsters for pistols, slings for smgs, sheaths for melee weapons that need them, and maybe slings for the shotguns.
  3. Ok then so animation would have to be the way to go. plus custom sound and a way to get around the 1 weapon only select.

Yes this is not a fake mod request, this was inspired when i saw three separate mods (454 Casull 1_04 by Moraelin, Hellsing Jackal by lautasantenni, and a skyrim mod: One Handed Crossbows by DOVAK11N (this is what it actually looks like to dual wield 2 crossbows in each hand) So for all you modder's out there i would Greatly appreciate for you to impart on your extensive knowledge to me (FYI anyone who helps me will get credit for making the first ever working dual wield mod for Fallout: New Vegas). The object of this goal is find out how Bethesda made the dual wield functionality work and implement it into fallout: new vegas. That means we would have to find out what scriping language, programming language, as well as the engine each game used to make the VANILLA GAME of both Skyrim & Fallout: New Vegas. We Would have to see if the engine that Obsidian and Bethesda used for both games (since Bethesda made Skyrim (with their custom language and engine) & Obisidian who made Fallout: New Vegas and used the Havoc engine. Hello fellow modder's I am rather new here and would like to ask everyone for some help in finding out what skyrim uses for the dual wield functionality, (IE: scripting language or programming language,as well as the engine.) The Reason why I am asking is because I have taken it upon myself to see what can be done to port over that functionality to Fallout: New Vegas, as well as fixing or finding a solution for the aiming problem within FO:NV, and including the prone functionality from other popular games (MW3) with animations to show for it in 3rd person.
