  1. 1. It's too inflated, it needs to be more compact, and please put the search thingies back to where they were on the right, it was way more convenient, I could look at all the results and search for something else without scrolling on the old design. 2. Make the new design the mobile version of the site, restore the old one as desktop. Everybody wins. 3. I know one of the people who worked on the whole Windows design everyone is comparing this to, and I can tell you that a graphic design degree is not a substitute for artistic composition. It's like when I went to a fused glass class and sat next to an uninspired architect: everything is blocky, oversized, and sterile. 4. Looking at this objectively, people are telling you they don't like this design. I know you worked hard on it, but that is the opinion. 5. Considering how slow the new layout is, I won't be able to open 300+ tabs of mods like I did with the old one without Firefox crashing. This troubles me. Other things other people have told you repeatedly that I agree with: It's slow (especially for those of us in the middle of nowhere). It looks like it belongs on a phone and it looks terrible on PC. Make it optional. The old site was a lot cleaner./ The new design is too busy. Too stretched out horizontally (which is not how webpages are meant to be read, BTW. They're supposed to be like books, since that is how people are taught to interpret data from a young age). Too many clicks/too much scrolling to get where you want to be. It's clunky/boxy. On a related note: One of my less liked Social Studies teachers in middle school once asked me what I would do if someone told me my work was not to their standards and asked me to throw it away. She expected me to say that I would start from scratch but I told her I would ask them what it was they did and didn't like, then cut out what they don't like, but waste time so that it takes me twice as long to make it to their standards. This thread is kinda like 13 year old me, if 13 year old me cared even less and wanted to put all the complaints into one easily toss-able basket.
  2. In response to post #50007057. Seconded. This is basically the reason I started using MO over FOMM or just plain old manual installation.
  3. In response to post #43222435. #43222490, #43225970, #43238055 are all replies on the same post. I was mocking your condescending manner. Re-read my comment and get past the first line this time. (P.S. You don't know me. Stop making assumptions about strangers, it's not a good way to live your life.)
  4. In response to post #43223160. #43223235, #43225810, #43226065, #43226570, #43226580, #43226675, #43226930 are all replies on the same post. NMM virtualization system uses hardlinks, which clutter up your install folder. MO does it better.
  5. In response to post #43222300. Considering you don't know how to use BOSS, some of that may be justified. Also, we all use LOOT now.
  6. In response to post #43222435. #43222490 is also a reply to the same post. Except, you know, if you don't play them, or manually install for some of those games (especially this for older ones), or use the mod managers made specifically for some of those games, or, *gasp* use the built in mod manager (if they have one), or, (get this) don't own them. Then you really only need MO, instead of the outdated, constantly malfunctioning, and slow NMM.
  7. In response to post #27851849. #27852459, #27854549, #27856149, #27856199, #28097734, #28100784, #28101514 are all replies on the same post. But Valthorix, that disables the violent mods too, and I like my violent mods.
  8. I don't know if anyone posted this yet, but Midas Magic was hidden here and the free version on the workshop now has popups every time you cast a spell that tell you to buy the full version. I guess skyrim mods are now taking hints from android apps. What even? PS: I just checked and it got so bad that they had to take it down. I guess deleting the angry comments got to be a bit much for them.
  9. In response to post #24615439. #24615589 is also a reply to the same post. Soon enough there will be a "Booty", like with Sims mods.
  10. In response to post #24613709. #24613839, #24613989 are all replies on the same post. Is it bad that the only descriptions I don't just scroll through are Apollodown's? The rest I'm all like "Find what it does. Find required mods. Read comments. Download." Most of the time comments give more honest information than the description to a mod does.
