Im not sure its possible, plus why?

A while back my, "main" save was corrupted and broken. I was a very high level, rarley died, and could defeat as many enemies as possible. Now adays, its hard to enjoy playing Skyrim seriously since I have played it so much, and it takes awile to level up. So one day I had a thought: Why do you come out of Helgen without skills. Surley your character would have known SOMETHING before hand. I then came up with this mod. This will allow you pick a certain amount of perks and skills (all configureable in the MCM... maybe?). So now when you start, you can be somewhat prepared to face the harsh environment of Tamriel. If it's a good idea, or you want to do it, I would highly appreciate some feedback. Thanks!

Hey Skyrim players! I wanted to share a idea I had for a mod that would completely change the walking/running animation in skyrim. This video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICemupWG56U) of the new game Assassins Creed 4 shows the animations I want. The walking animation at 0:40, and running animation at 2:16. I hope someone makes this, my character build would look WAAAAY better walking to his next contract. Thanks! :cool:

Im not sure. That is were the problem started for me. Maybe i have the wrong load order for the patches.

I have this problem too. I used to havea problem where my worlds were deleted and I don't really want to go back to level 1 just to avoid killing a thief. What else could help? P.s I have a ton of mods, could i fix it while avoiding reinsalling EVERY mod?
