So I did fresh reinstall of Skyrim SE, installed only Unofficial Skyrim Patch and Alternate Start (to help get immedietly to Falkreath) and same problem persists, on low/ medium settings game runs stable, on high/ultra when I attempt to walk or enter/ exit some buildings game CTD

So I'm running my modded skyrim se on 60 fps stable in every place thanks to meh321 recent fix. Weird stuff happened when I reached Falkreath. I got random CTD's when I was walking around city or tried to enter places. At first I tought it was mod related, and disabled all mods and started new game and problem persisted. Then I tried to lower graphic settings and it helped, at low/medium I didn't get any CTD's anymore, when I increased graphic settings to high it CTD in some places random, but when I put on ultra settings I got CTD even when I walk near Falkreath or fasttraveled there. Any ideas? Ghetto fix would be just whenever I need something from Falkreath just lowering graphic settings, but that isn't a solution in my opinion. EDIT: + I thought I'm crazy, but reading those reddit posts, other people have the EXACT problem I'm having! Hello guys and girls! This will be long one so I will try to be precise as possible as I can. In advance I'm sorry for grammar mistakes. So as title says I have been experiencing huge FPS drops on modded skyrim se. You will probably guys say: "That guy have conflicting mods or bad load order or other stuff." But before I was posting here I did a research and also did experiment. I searched for similar problem but didn't find any. So I went to do experiment. I have around ~ 198 mods. I have read compatibility sections. I'm using tools like: NMM, SSEEDIT, Loot, BethINI, Wrye Bash (for bash patch). I have no CTD's or other crashes. Everything works good except FPS. So now I will try to explain experiment. For testing purpose I also disabled Vsync to see exact FPS Highest FPS drops are in Riften so I used Riften for FPS testing. Other random cities and places I tried seems fine. With all mods on I get stable 43 FPS inside and outside Riften (I don't use any mod that highly modifies Riften + at the end I will add mod list to be sure) Then If in NMM I tick off all plugins and leave USSEP and Alternate Life - Live another life esp. and then boot up Riften in same places I get from 95 - 130 FPS, In my opinion that's a huge increase. You are probably thinking now that there are some kind high texture mod that ruins this, but I don't think so. Next thing I did is that I checked off all plugins in group of 10 from bottom to top. So there were always active 189 plugins. I did it to find the culprit mod witch was ruining FPS, I failed. Highest increase I had was from 3-6 FPS. Next thing I did was disable half of esp. So I had active 99 esp. This helped, from 43 fps I went to 50-70 fps. Then I disabled other half and enabled previous and I got 63-87 fps. (This half in NMM was on top side, more heavy mods) If there is needed additional information I'm very willing to provide it and try different solutions and things. My Laptop Specs: MSI GT72 Dominator Pro GPU: GTX 980m 4GB CPU: i7 4720HQ @ 2.60 GHz RAM: 16 GB Skyrim SE and mods are installed on SSD disk and there is 50 GB left free space for good performance purpose.
