Missing mesh in Better Cities in the Arcane University

Note that you NEED to have Shivering Isles activated in order for Better Cities to work properly. Otherwise, you will have lots of "WTF Im missing a mesh" stuff because Better Citioes uses some Shivering Isles resources. -
You've made one of the two IMO most essential gameplay mods for Oblivion ever, Enhanced Economy. Thank you for that!

I really love these two mods, and the lack of either of them just keeps bothering me. Is it possible to use them both? Cuz it doesn't work for me: there is Better Cities but Parallax Cities doesn't work, although it is green in Wrye Bash. Is the problem with me or with the mod conflocts? ***************** Whoops.. I think they actually work now now for me, Mostly, at least
